Nando's Croydon - High Street — Restaurant in London

This place is absolutely terrible. Ordered from there twice the chicken came in a box full of water, no marinate sauce on it was completely white. Ordered from there only 3 times and they forgot something in my order 3 TIMES. My daughters chips. My dessert was a dry cheesecake no double cream lastly my mums salad. They gave no sauce so when i ordered a whole chicken and it came dry with no marinate and just water in the box it wasn’t fixable. I went a couple months ago with my cousin my food came way before hers there was like a 25 minute difference in time so my food was cold by the time hers came. I then asked them for takeaway and it was just a simple 1/4 chicken no sides It took 40 minutes for them to give me with no sides. Was ridic. Family was complaining. Spoke to the manager He was lovely and shocked that 3 times it was wrong and dry. He offered me vouchers in restaurant months ago but i never went. After a long time I ordered again delivery yesterday. But I had to call up to sure everything was correct twice. That sauce was given and that the chicken was moisture and my sweet potato wedges actually had the Perinaise. I spoke with Toby, and he made sure everything was actually more than perfect and flavoursome. Well done himm. I can't fault the staff, they were friendly and very helpful. Everyone seemed really nice and that they enjoying their jobs. However, the food is another story. I have always loved Nandos and what they stand for and they quality of the food they serve. I decided to visit Nandos in Croydon as I really wanted to try their Vegan Options. I decided to have a started and a main and began with the hummus with peri peri dressing and pitta bread. This was really lovely and very tasty and nice warm pitta breads too. I was on my second pitta traingle when my main was brought to me! This was too quick and not what you expect when you just started with your starter. As it was just me on this occasion, I wasn't too fussed. The Vegan Wrap was not very tasty at all and the lettuce didn't look fresh inside it. The Vegan "chicken" pieces were not very tasty at all. My chips had loads of hard bits in it, those bits that had been in the fryer for ages! Not good at all. I ate my food as I was hungry and was so looking forward to enjoying this Vegan delights. I was not very impressed I'm afraid and am not sure that I'll be back to have it again. 4 Stars as I know Nandos are usually very good, and their service I can't complain about, but their Vegan Food they will need to...

Not very good at service was dreadful saw my food sat on the counter for at least 15-20 minutes then I had to go up and question them I said if that's my food you better start a new dinner for me. 4 of us sst there for how ever long then they had to throw all that food in the bin and start again my garlic bread must of being the same as they must of put that in the microwave came back hard as a rock my girlfriends food came with out what she ordered the place is a joke.
