Nando's Ealing Common — Restaurant in London

Dropped in to get a medium spiced 'grilled chicken' wrap for takeaway. It was ready quickly (too quickly, like 2 mins). I took one bite and noticed the chicken was unseasoned and barely warm. I went back and showed them, so they made a fresh one. I asked why I'm not seeing chicken go on the grill, to which the manager showed me they use a different 'grill' in the kitchen - a flat top stove, which is just a frying pan without oil. So if you expect to get grilled chicken at Nando's, you won't!

When the fresh wrap came I was about to leave with it but a staff member (an Asian girl) asked me to check it while I was there. I told her that the chicken is better now but the wrap on this one is stale and hard. She started to argue with me that it's because I only ordered a single fillet wrap and so there's more bread on it(?), which makes no sense in terms of whether the wrap is hard and stale or not.

It seemed she asked me how it was just so she could argue with me, making up excuses for it instead of trying to get things right. What should have been a simple order became a negative experience. Would not recommend on the basis of...

Best nandos ever!!! Firstly let me start by saying that I've been coming to the Ealing Common branch since it opened way back in 1992, I've tired others in the west London region but I don't get the same service as the one in ealing common. The service they provid is outstanding, I mean I couldn't think of anything wrong with the service I mean the staff members are always so helpful caring and they always take pride when speaking to me. Unfortunately nandos closed down due to COVID-19 so I was annoyed that I couldn't get my weekly nandos, but luckily they reopened a couple weeks ago( web orders only) but the service is still amazing even though they have limited staff. I want to shout out all the staff members Mike(who is my favourite) Mikki and lastly Deusi. But i have to admit the Managers should get trained by the staff as they always seem to be talking an not working and act like they know what they are doing. Nandos is always good and special!!! I think it is the best option for eating and sharing time with friends and family. We order many items such as olives, humous, chicken wings, lemon and herbs, chicken liver peritamer, loaded chips peritamer, and macaroni cheese. For dessert, we order the pudding. It's a new dessert. For drinks cold te rubro peach and sagres. The drinks were perfect cold. I enjoyed my beer a lot. The chicken was perfect cooked, and the liver was delicious. The macaroni cheese was exquisite. The olive with its reach savoury was perfect with my sagres. I really love to eat at Nandos. It's healthy, fresh food. The customer service, as always, was amazing. The cashier Tini was very kind and friendly, and the manager CC,( its initial of her namebadge) made us feel like we were with our family in our house.
