Went here as Epsom nandos (the good one) had over an hour wait for 2 people, sat down quickly on a table ordered and noticed my chicken was pink to which I assumed the chicken was fresh (I ordered chicken butterfly while my gf ordered a chicken butterfly burger.) Then halfway through the meal my gf stops eating her burger, I’ve finished my chicken from the plate and she notices what the chicken looks like (picture attached.) We immediately bring this up to the waitress walking past to which she replied saying it’s probably a bone, to which we responded the butterfly chicken is boneless to which she immediately knew something has gone wrong and brought it back to the kitchen/manager on shift. To give the manager credit he immediately came over asking if we would like them to cook it again, which we said definitely not then a full refund was immediately given to us and a simple apology was issued.
What confuses me is how a chicken shop can undercook chicken when there was many chefs in the kitchen, food came out quick so they was on top of how many covers they had dining with them and my chicken (I ordered without burger) was fine only a bit pink but my gf who ordered a burger (so it’s less visible if chicken properly cooked) was completely undercooked, I would assume the chefs knew which chicken butterfly was undercooked and put the undercooked one in the burger thinking we...
Read moreFirst of all the waiter called Jacques was brilliant and really helpful + kind. He is the only reason i am giving it a relatively high rating.
My chicken butterfly came and was very dry so i asked if they can cook a new bit. Then the women named Magda said that the butterfly is supposed to be dry as there is no fats in it. Since when is chicken supposed to be dry? Another lady said they can swap it for me which was helpful. The lady named Magda then said ‘trust me its supposed to be dry im a women’. Number 1 this is extremely rude ( stereotyping) especially in 2025, she was inferring that she knows better than me just because shes a women and number 2 its incorrect. This is so wrong on many levels. Obviously chicken is not supposed to be dry, especially from nandos, so im not sure if she knows what she is talking about. She came across quite rude and unprofessional so i dont think ill be returning to Worcester park nandos.
This would be a 1 star reveiw if it wasn’t for Jacques’ professionalism, he was great. He should be promoted.
I dont normally have problems at Nandos and i know for a fact that chicken is not supposed to be dry. Magda, you were...
Read moreAwful service! I ordered a delivery through the Nandos website. It identified the Worcester Park branch as the quickest. Over two and a half hours later I'm still waiting for the food to arrive. Initially the driver turned up with just the drinks from the order. When I asked where the food was she said this was all she was given. I then had to ring Worcester Park Nandos only to be told their member of staff forgot to give the driver the food!! With no sign of food over an hour later I got through to Nandos customer support who contacted the branch. I was told they still had my order and were waiting for a driver. I raised my concerns that at this rate the food would be cold and I was told to give it 10 - 15 minutes and call back if they didn't turn up. Well they didn't turn up and I had to take kids out at 8.30pm to get food! Honestly, if you are looking for a Nandos delivery, do not pick the Worcester Park branch, absolutely abysmal. I will certainly never order from there again, they are clearly incapable of providing a...
