New Shanghai Blues — Restaurant in London

NEVER EVER AND I MEAN NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE We are sick as dogs from ordering from here last night 13/03/23 We ordered from Just Eat and they’re refusing to refund us The Chilli Squid, you could literally eat a car tyre better than trying to eat this, it was so tough The honey spare ribs were disgusting and tasted off The sweet and sour chicken balls were seriously overcooked and the chicken inside was stringy and tough and the batter was almost black and extremely greasy The sweet and sour chicken hong kong style had an ok flavour but again seriously over cooked and hard The Beef Curry was also tough and the sauce was watery Chicken Chow mein was ok but no flavour to it at all, just plain noodles and the tiniest amount of chicken Prawn crackers had a weird taste The only thing that was mediocre was the boiled rice but it clearly wasn’t fresh The little 21 month old has a very runny bum The 6 year old too has had the runs and been sent home from school We are reporting this restaurant to the food standards agency and reporting Just Eat to Trading Standards for allowing this restaurant to get away with selling old gone off food My daughter is almost 6 months pregnant and has been feeling ill since eating from here Thankfully I’m not too bad as I didn’t really eat anything PLEASE I BEG YOU, ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE AND PLEASE AVOID...

This place is awful! Hands down the worst Chinese my wife and I have ever had.

We ordered special chow mien, beef curry and crispy shredded beef.

The noodles in the chow mein were tough and soggy, straight out of an instant packet. The sauce was watery and bland, no flavour!

The crispy shredded beef was tough and soggy, not crunchy as you’d expect from a deep fried protein. The sauce again was watery and just tasted of sugar, nothing else!

The beef was tough and the curry sauce tasted only of curry powder.

For the price, I feel robbed. These people should not be serving food. If I could give minus...

Waited 2 hours to food to arrive, had to call the restaurant twice, the food then arrived stone cold. After reheating we finally got around to eating and the deep fried shredded chilli chicken tasted oh nothing but garlic, the ribs were tough and the Singapore noodles were disgusting. The only nice thing was the seaweed but after spending close to £40 I feel it was an absolute waste of money and ruined valentines. Seeking refund back on justeat but strongly avoid others to avoid and use somewhere else like golden dragon where you can guarantee quality food for...
