This is my second visit to this lovely little Italian bakery and coffee shop. I don't live locally, so it took me around half an hour to drive there from Morden. The first time I had ordered a birthday cake for my father in laws 90th birthday. I chose a vanilla sponge with Patisserie Cream and a chocolate ganache. It was delicious. The second time was for a birthday cake for my mother in laws 88th birthday. I chose a vanilla sponge with Patisserie Cream. This time, there was chantily cream and chocolate curls. It was also delicious. On both visits, we stopped for a latte and more cake, I had a mini florentine and and my sister had a fruit topped baked cheesecake, all delicious, of course. We will definitely be back, especially for the next birthday....

Second review: A friend bought a selection of patisserie cakes from here and they were all giant, low quality overbaked, extremely cream-heavy cakes. I think that was the worst chocolate eclair I've ever had. The choux bun was solid, didn't melt in your mouth, there was barely any chocolate and all the cream burst out all over the place. I honestly don't know why this place has good reviews? It seems to be popular with an older crowd. I think I'd have preferred a Sainsbury's eclair more. Go to patisserie...

So tasty that I'd eaten 3 quarters of it before I thought about taking a picture and by then, it wouldn't have done it justice. The place itself looks lovely, the people serving were friendly and the choice of mouthwatering pastries and goodies was excellent. So glad I don't live that close or I'd be here constantly, which would not bode well for...
