O Burger — Restaurant in London

Don’t eat here - you could be poisoned!!!

When I bit into their O! Burger it was cold and RAW - as in bloody and red. Yuck! It was my birthday too!

Also, the food didn’t arrive on time (we ordered delivery) - it came almost an hour early - I was still putting our two children to bed so by the time we were ready to eat it (when it SHOULD have arrived) everything was stone cold. Also, the Caesar salad was disappointing as the salad dressing came in a really tiny pot - only enough to cover a teeny weeny bit of the salad.

We also had requested that their delivery driver not ring the bell when he arrived. What did he do? He rang the bell, waking up the baby.

Furthermore this establishment was unapologetic and said it was our fault and they wouldn’t compensate us because we didn’t call them to sort it out (we called the delivery company because O! Burger didn’t provide their own telephone number on the...

Terrible customer service. Order made and completed on just eat app as delivered yet no food arrived. When calling the restaurant I am first told that the driver called me on my phone yet no calls came through to me, I am then told the driver rang the door bell and again no one rang the door bell. I am then told food is outside my door and what do you know the food isn't there. I am then speak with the restaurant manager that the driver didnt call me, just eat called me and they would know yet again no one called me. Prime example of a fast food service being unable to provide the simple service of following through an order nor capable of speaking with paying customers. The service doesn't even...

So good! I practically inhaled it I ate it so fast. My first time eating/ordering a take away from O Burger and it was fantastic! Food arrived quickly, well-packaged and presented to preserve the taste and texture of the food. The signature burger was juicy and absolute delicious though the bacon could have been a bit more crispy. I’d never had rosemary sweet potato chips before this order. They were crunchy and I was pleased to see they didn’t skimp on the seasoning. Overall this is a great local burger joint. Will defo eat/order delivery from...
