Café Paulo 🍳 Chiswick London 🇬🇧💂 Fried Chicken Eggs Benedict 🐔🍳 £11.95 💸
I've returned to the home of breakfast once again! Café Paolo never disappoints and today was no exception - working my way through the entire menu with every visit, today I tried the Fried Chicken Eggs Benedict;
I ordered Two homemade Buttermilk Fried Chicken breasts which come with beautifully poached eggs, topped with a smokey Harrissa Hollandaise Sauce atop toasted English muffins - complimented but a side dish of chorizo Hash, and some toast and a cappuccino
Everything is cooked fresh by Paul onsite, you might have to wait a few minutes for the food to come out but it's because he is in that kitchen cooking off the chicken in cream garlic and herbs, coating it in the flour and the toasted cornflakes and frying it off, and whilst that's happening the attentive waiting staff brought over drinks and complimentary toast and have a nice chat with you and it's a lovely thing often missing from dining experiences in chain restaurants and the like these days
If the photos don't do it justice, let me just say that this food was incredible - the chicken breast was moist, the crunchy batter wasn't greasy and seasoned to perfection, the Harrissa Hollandaise Sauce is a work of genius and so so tasty! And the rich chorizo Hash was great way to accompany this fine dish
10/10 - never in doubt, cafe paulo is the best in the world! If you haven't been, get down here immediately!

Café Paulo 🍳 Chiswick London 🇬🇧💂 Steak Eggs Benedict 🐮 £9.95 💸
The menu is incredible, and I was really spoiled for choice. I'm glad I went with the steak and eggs, the hefty portion of rump steak was juicy and delicious, served with two perfectly crispy hashbrowns, on a couple of toasted English muffins which soaked up all the tasty meaty juices, and rich and creamy hollandaise sauce... though I would say that a Bearnaise sauce would have suited this meal a lot better and I'd had more than enough hollandaise by the time I finished... But that was an absolute treat!
I'll have to come back and sample the rest of the menu some other time. For London a breakfast with these well sourced and high quality ingredients couldn't be more fairly priced, and the breakfast was topped off with a few blueberries and small rocket salad; a garnish that I imagine will prove to be divisive amongst followers of this blog - but for me I appreciate the extra effort and sublime presentation. It did take a good half hour for the food to come out, but good food as they say takes time. And it was worth the wait. It really couldn't get much better than this, and the service and coffee score top marks.. Bravo Café Paulo 🤩8/10✨
----UPDATE 12/11/2019----
Café Paulo, London ☕🇬🇧 Full English 🍳🥓 £9.75 🤑💰
The day has finally come for me to return and sample this rare treat from the kitchen of Café Paulo. And folks. It was worth the wait... Café Paulo have presented me today with quite possibly the greatest full English breakfast available in any borough of London. It's just so, so good! I usually hate gimmicky presentation, but when a sizzling hot pan of bacon, sausage and eggs turned up at the table, I knew this was the start of a scintillating dining experience.
At a tenner, this is priced as a high-end breakfast, but fear not, because you get what you pay for - perfectly cooked eggs, thick juicy bacon, two big butchers snags, a scattering of sautéed potatoes, fried mushrooms, and baby plum tomatoes, topped off with black pudding, the breakfast is joined by a plate of toast, and small saucer of baked beans. Nicely done Paul. Nicely Done. Quality, mouthwatering, wholesome ingredients. Cooked to perfection.
This isn't just the best breakfast in London, it's the best breakfast I have ever had. And with that I am awarding Café Paulo the Breakfast of the year award 2019. 🏆 10/10 🏆
There is no improving on perfection. Congratulations @cafepaolo - the award will be in the post 📨📫

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Cafe Paolo in West London, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the cafe is warm and inviting, making it the perfect cozy spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a delicious meal.
What truly sets Cafe Paolo apart is the incredible hospitality of Paul, the owner and chef. From the moment I walked in, Paul made me feel right at home with his friendly and welcoming demeanor. He went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. Both Paul and the local customers were excited to share their love of the city and gave fantastic recommendations as well as colorful conversation. It's rare to find such genuine warmth and attentiveness in a bustling city like London.
Cafe Paolo boasts an extensive menu of delicious options, though if you can't find exactly what you want Paul is happy to make anything you'd like. My boyfriend and I came back morning after morning during our four day stay in West London. We LOVED the avo-bagel with lox and the chicken and waffles, though every meal we saw looked incredible. It is also open early (which helped with the jetlag!).
The quality of the food is outstanding, with fresh ingredients and expertly crafted dishes that are both flavorful and beautifully presented. In addition to the fantastic food and welcoming atmosphere, the service at Cafe Paolo is top-notch. The staff are attentive and efficient, and it's clear that Paul has cultivated a team that shares his passion for providing an exceptional dining experience.
Overall, I can't recommend Cafe Paolo highly enough. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to stop by and experience the wonderful hospitality of Paul and his team. You won't be...

We visited this local spot after watching a Gary Eats YT video and let me tell you, it really lived up to expectations.
When you arrive, you immediately feel welcomed by the atmosphere and the staff presence. Everyone in there was extremely friendly.
We ordered 2 full English’s - one with a swap (eggs for 2 hash browns) and there was no extra charge for this which is a nice touch. We also ordered an americano black and a flat white with vanilla syrup.
The breakfasts are £17.95 each and they are absolutely huge and great value for money. If you are a meat lover, this is one for you.
It includes: 2 sausages, 3 rashers of back bacon, 1 thick piece of pork belly, a sausage patty, 2 pieces of black pudding, bubble & squeak, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, toast (white or brown) & 2 eggs cooked however you like.
Everything on the plate was high quality and cooked to perfection. It is served in a hot skillet which is a genius idea as everything stays super hot. It was the best breakfast we have ever had, hands down!
And the owner, Paul (Paolo), is such a genuine guy. So happy and excited to talk to customers and learn about them. He was attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. And you can tell he puts so much love into his food which is rare these days. Thank you Paul for making our first morning back in England a memorable one. We will be back as soon as we can!
Please try out this place, it is so...
