Great ice cream, but the prices are on the higher side. I had 2 scoops (strawberry sorbet and coconut sorbet) in a cup which cost £3.80. the staff were friendly and there is seating inside and outside. The size was decent, but still felt as if it cost a bit much, other than that the ice cream was very tasty and I'd definitely reccomend coming here if you want to meet up with some friends or if you're feeling sad and want some ice cream to cheer you up. It's also open late which is great for an after dinner treat.

It is really great for the area. You can have ice cream, you can have coffee or hot chocolate What is not to like?! The portion is good. Strawberry is good, it tastes of real strawberries. 🍓 Chocolate has got a deep chocolate flavour! Basically you come in here, every one will be happy. 😊

the pistachio ice cream has a weird after taste, not very good. the bun in the ice cream thing was disgusting. i don’t know what was wrong with it but it had such an awful aftertaste i almost threw up. the waffle ice cream was kinda nice though.

Today, we had a not pleasant experience in your Clapham branch. We arrived 20 minutes before they closed and we order take away ice creams. However the way the lady on the till talk to us and delivered the service was totally disrespectful, made us feel absolutely uncomfortable and honestly we stop buying more ice cream because of that. It was evident that she was in a rush, angry, avoiding new clients and of course impolite. I also noticed that in very busy days your are also short staffed. Something that you could pay attention specially in your more busy branches like South Kensington and Clapham. One person attending a huge queue could make the staff feel a bit stressful. I tried to contact the business to inform about this situation but they ignored my emails. Checking previous reviews I can see is a regular situation in Battersea branch. Very sad because your ice creams are amazing but it’s not only the product...

Apart from the fact that it could do with more seating and staff, because they get BUSY, it could do with a wider choice of flavours. I've been a regular customer for years but not any more. Rude staff who would not let a disabled person (me) sit on a seat outside with a dog. Not dog friendly AT ALL. Tried to tell me it was because apparently I would get fined. Funny, it's never been a problem before. Tried to tell me it's against the law to have a dog in the place, actually it's in food prep areas they're not allowed. Well, we will never be back, and we will let all our local friends know as well about the rude, misinformed service and antidog, antidisability policy. No wonder there's a permanent sign in the window for, "happy staff" - because the ones they have are rude...

The ice cream here has always been good, so I used to visit quite often. This Tuesday, there was only one staff member working, and my family ordered four small ice cream cones as usual. We were accustomed to the usual amount, but surprisingly, the staff member only put around half of the normal serving size, which caused my kids to burst into tears. Politely, we asked him for the reason, and he explained that the other staff members had been too generous, saying he is right. £3.8 for only one tablespoon? It was a really unpleasant experience, and we decided not to come here again. The owner definitely needs to train the...
