Compact takeaway tucked under the entrance of the station. Offers an amazing array of Oriental delights. You can’t miss it – as you enter the station you will see a hole-in-the -wall service point with menus on either side of the window, a refrigerated display and service counter. I was served by a friendly Japanese lady. She will shout out the order to the chef who works in the galley kitchen. There is some clanging of the wok and boom!.. your food is ready. The food, whoa.. fabulous! No frills, only serious chow. Pocket friendly, with an interesting menu and super delicious nosh. Service is efficient. They take cash and cards. I had a work visit in New Malden and was hungry as I was on my way back into central London. I noticed this hole in the wall spot at New Malden Station entrance and the cheap prices drew me in. I don't know what I was expecting but the food was really tasty, good portion size and extras included (not sure if this is for everyone or I am special?! Ha). Anyway I got the spicy chicken with rice and it came in a big container and well worth the £5.90 I paid. Food was hot and tasted fresh, had peppers and broccoli or inside and the sauce tasted nice. Also got a soup and spring rolls included .. so amazing value.

Seems to be run by a Korean couple. They were friendly.

Set in a really small shed near one exit of New Malden station. Spent about £20 for a very, very filling meal for two people. We found the sushi quite good - the meat was fresh and the rice was cooked perfectly. We also got a Korean vegetable pancake, which was quite tasty (but the sushi was better). The aesthetics are a drawback obviously because it is a cramped cubbyhole right on the main road, but you are taking away the food ultimately, packaged quite neatly.
