It is the second or third time I have problems with this restaurant since they changed owners when I order with Deliveroo. It is very random when you will receive the proper tofu bibimbap. Sometimes I do! The top of my rice was a mix of very few cold tofu in gelatine (when this is supposed to be a vegetarian option…)s with big junks of cooked carrot, onion and other vegetables and sauce. Not at all the pan-fried ONLY tofu as regular (the rest of the pickled vegetables were there correctly). This time I took pictures this time (attached) before throwing it to the bin as is was uneatable. I called Oki and they acknowledge it directly offering a substitution another day (how I am supposed to feed my children tonight???). I am very tired of this lack of consistency! It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Clearly at busy times they top the rice with anything but not the correct ingredients. I am even sorry to do such a review as I am still going and I will probably try again and re-order as they do not have much competition in this area but they should be ashamed of what they send in their delivery food.

What kind of grab & go lunch you like the most? After a meeting in Wimbledon, I needed to rush back to central London for the next appointment. Oki Sushi was just located in front of Wimbledon station. So I got a quick grab & go lunch before getting on the train. OKI Sushi 📍 10 The Broadway, London SW19 1RF WHAT I GOT 🥟Vegetable Gyozas 🥟Chicken Gyozas In the chilled food counter, they had various sushi bento, gyozas and drinks. Of course, I chose my fav gyozas for my lunch. They also served hot foods including chicken Katsu curry, udon and ramen. The service was quick and the staffs were nice. Some Japanese restaurant chains were just around this shop but many customers popped in this shop during lunch time. I would love to try their hot food next time in Wimbledon. How’s the gyozas? Completely under whelming. The taste and quality relating to price is not good at all, we ordered two dishes from the menu the king prawn yaki soba and chicken katsu don buri. The yaki soba only included five prawns in a large box of flavourless noodles topped with raw chopped chillies for a price just shy of £10, trust me you can get better tasting noodles for half the price from any other Japanese outlet. By far the most disgusting was the katsu don buri as the rice was nearly unedible which had a texture of wet cardboard and thanks to the dumped portion of moist scrambled egg makes you almost want to gag as they left it all to congeal into one jelly mess. The servers where nice and friendly also place was tidy. The servers were friendly. So overall avoid for the prices they charge for the quality.

Absolutely awful. The serving staff member was rude to the point of being a bit intimidating. I can only assume that she was working under a number of bad conditions that were all impacting on her ability to speak to anyone like they were customers. The first dish was edamame which looked like they had been boiled for hours. They were soft, wet and yellowing and without salt. How hard is it to cook edamame? Come on. Even I could cook edamame. Then was Korean chicken and rice. The chicken was truly appalling. The batter was very blown and hollow, like badly cooked tempura, and the oil must have been really old, as the batter was dripping with oil and tasted terrible. The chicken inside was also bad quality and one piece was black. The seafood soup still hadn’t arrived 10 minutes after the chicken. I enquired as to where it was and was told that it would be 15 minutes. When I asked to speak to the manager, however, the soup then arrived that moment. I couldn’t work out how one moment it was 15 minutes from being ready and the next it was ready. It was for my wife and after my experience with the chicken and the general ultra low standards in every area up until that point I decided upon not letting my wife eat a seafood soup in such a place. I complained and the manageress and the chef listened politely to my complaint and offered a 50% refund. I felt sorry for them as they were clearly not qualified to do the job that they had been left with. Whoever owns/manages this place needs to set some standards. It’s in a great location, in a busy town. Korean food/and sushi is popular and done well is very nice. It is sad that this place is being mismanaged. They only people in there who were eating without issue were a group of young people who probably didn’t feel they had the right to complain. Of no one stands up and points out that what they currently offer is not good then everyone loses out. The town, the diners, the staff, the owners. Somebody please save this restaurant, or close it down and pass the excellent location on to a business that will know what...

Checking the reviews, I’m validated that I’m not the only one saying this. Lots of people have been saying the same thing. The food has good portions for the price, but my gosh, the SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The people at the till are not nice at all. I’ve been here like three or four times as it’s on the way home, and not once were they happy to serve. I go for the convenience and I usually give restaurants second chances to see if it was just a bad day for them and come again. But every single time I come back here’s not once did they change. They speak to you as if you are a bother. If you ask what they’re serving, they say it in the most unenthusiastic, abrupt way. The last time I ordered from them, I asked they told me, crossed arms, “you come here all the time right?” (Implying that I should know every single thing on the menu by heart.) And besides, as a customer you just want to make sure you’re getting the right thing.

I politely told her, “the last time I’ve been here was a month ago, so please be nice.”

I never leave bad reviews and I would usually let things go, but every single time I’ve been here they’ve been so rude, unenthusiastic, aggressive, and just overall unhappy with their lives. I’m sorry to say this is the last time I’m gonna...
