Looking at the reviews beforehand, I massively judged the person who gave it one star, just because it was closed when they visited!!?? Just because you hadn’t done your homework and realised it only opens between 2:45 - 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays, doesn’t justify a ONE STAR rating because of your negligence! However as I went to enter I then realised it was closed too, and I was gutted! Apparently it’s closed for August, and there’s a sign on the front entrance. If only Google Maps knew this. Seems like a lovely library though and I’ll definitely go back in September.

Amazing! I'm not even a big tennis fan, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. They had a pre-recorded audio guided tour for adults and one for children. The presentation was well organized, there were lots of interactive things to see and do, and so many interesting facts to learn. I would highly recommend this place.

I love museums, moma, Albertina, British, etc; but this one is the best I’ve been to. Although small, but amazing

The Wimbledon Tennis Museum and Tour is an absolute must-visit for tennis enthusiasts and sports fans alike. From the moment you step foot into this iconic venue, you're greeted with an atmosphere charged with the rich history and prestige of the Wimbledon Championships.

The museum itself is a treasure trove of memorabilia, exhibits, and interactive displays that celebrate the illustrious legacy of Wimbledon. From vintage tennis equipment and championship trophies to iconic player memorabilia, the museum offers a comprehensive journey through the evolution of the sport. Highlights include the opportunity to explore the famous Centre Court, where tennis legends have battled for glory, and to relive some of the most iconic moments in Wimbledon history through multimedia exhibits.

Wonderful little gem of a museum! A great place to get an interesting history of Wimbledon Village/Town. I was visiting family who moved to Wimbledon several years ago, and Wimbledon Museum was a lovely place to visit on an afternoon and learn a little bit more about the town. And very friendly folks...
