I love every Lush product. Everything is just perfect! You can feel this magical, fairy world in every second of being in the store. Products? Can take you from your bathroom to the better place and trust me, even the worst day ever with Lush doesn't exist. But in Lush Wimbledon you can find not only amazing magic... All staff is amazing. Always helpful and friendly. BUT Tawfik and Patrick are stars in this store. Fairies and wizards who change your life for better -true story. They helped me to find products for my hair and believe or not, even best hairdressers couldn't do it. They reading your mind and patiently, in lovely "like at home" atmosphere helping with even smallest details. They are professionals. The Wimbledon store has been my favourite for years. The customer service is second to none. They are probably the nicest people you'll ever meet! As soon as you walk in the door I'm always met with such friendly bubbly and helpful assistants, even when they are busy they make you feel like the most important customer! I suffer from Anxiety and shopping can be very overwhelming for me, but I know when I go to treat myself in Lush, I will be taken care of and i can take my time. I love looking at all the cool products and any questions I have there's always someone ready to give you all the information on it and more. Much more. Just to say that after yet another amazing experience in your Wimbledon store I wanted to write a review . Every single time I go in it feels like a therapy session . Wonderful friendly knowledgeable staff and happy to put up with all of my questions . I’m addicted to Lush because of the staff .
