Olive 3 Pizza — Restaurant in London

Used to order from this place regularly for quite sometime and they were good. But they do not like to take any feedback or if they've made a bad pizza you can't call to tell them that as they take offence and just say that you're always complaining about what they made and sent. They can send whatever they make either burnt or whatever you can't tell them that as they just simply can't hack it.

Having to tell them when they did and simply got blackmailed that they've banned my orders and no orders would be sent but guess what it was never the case as they kept taking and sending albeit not that good most times but having not many options around so we stuck with them. There was times they took orders but never sent the pizzas either as a rebellious revenge for calling out their service and pizzas.

Overall they are severely affected by feedback and can't take it when you tell them they haven't made the pizza as you had...

I've ordered from this place many times. It's good when they get your order right but eventually they mess up on an order and aren't willing to fix the mistake they make. This time they mixed up the toppings between two pizzas (they admitted the mistake) but weren't willing to fix it by sending two replacement pizzas out for direct swap of the incorrect pizzas. Instead they made weird suggestions that they could send separate toppings to add to the pizza of one of the pizzas etc. I insisted they correct the mistake by sending two pizzas with correct toppings as was ordered but they stated that they won't accept my orders again if they send them out. Zero Customer Service when they...

I can’t say enough good things about this pizza place! The pizza here is absolutely delicious – hands down the best I’ve ever had.
