Really unhappy with the quality of the food, chicken balls; prawns crackers; prawn toast was super oily and tasted of old oil, ribs were dry and meatless, fried rice wet, beef in black beans sauce not tasty beef was super fatty. I had two items missing items for my order, delivered 2 hours late super cold no refund for the missing items. Called up the restaurant twice after the order was placed, to find out what happened, they made me feel like I was causing and inconvenience and because I asked where my order no apology or acknowledgment of the issue, customer service was appealing. Five stars, there’s no other way to describe Twickenham’s Oriental Chef. It’s close to the stadium and train station so easily accessible. The people who work there are always kind and in good spirits. The Prawn Fried Rice is in my opinion the best Prawn Fried Rice I’ve EVER eaten. Preparation of my food is always quick (under ten minutes) and they have chairs and a tv that you can sit and watch while you wait. So I just ordered 3 dishes.... One was crispy beef.... Without joke it was batter deep fried without the beef... I called the restaurant to complain... Firstly I was insulted by being told I'm crazy that there is no beef and secondly they just hung up.... I'm furious.
