Papa's Chicken — Restaurant in London

These are the most racist and rude staff members ever ! I just had the most disgusting experience in this place! I queued up to get served, when It nearly aporoached my turn to be served an old Asian staff member calls the Asian lady behind me so she could order , for seconds I didn’t want to believe what was going on, so I just watched the lady being served before me. I then asked the guy why he had called the lady behind me first, he started giving me attitude and pointing to his colleagues saying that they would serve me next , the lady also told me she didn’t understand why she was being served first. When I demand to speak to the manager I was told that the manager was not there at the moment . So I asked if there was anyone I could speak at the moment , but they all seemed careless and rude ! Didn’t even apologise! The old racist staff member must have been in his 70’s started talking in his language and making faces ! This type of behaviour coming from an old Asian man it’s expected since they’re not as open minded , so they don’t even care or pretend . It’s very sad to see Asians discriminating against black people as if this is their own country ! I would kinda of understand if it was a white British individual being racist ( still unacceptable, but racism exists), now an immigrant treating another immigrant like this, is just sad ! I will never go there or to any other chicken shop! And of course I didn’t...

Very bad service. We have ordered 15 minutes ago but still didn't receive anything and later on when we ask the staff what's wrong he says the machine is not working. It's unacceptable to make someone wait for so long beside its ramadan and we are fasting. I find this completely disrespectful to be treated like this as a regular customer of papas in greenstreet. The two guys in counter were very arrogant while serving us- not even trying to speak politely. I even offered to transfer money in one of their accounts but they still denied. If the machine is faulted its not us to blame so why do we have to wait for so long? Also we were just sitting in front of the counter and they could have clearly said to us that their machine was not working but they still didn't bother to. It's very disappointing to be treated like this. I strongly recommend the manager to speak to their staff for being more polite, more considerate towards their customers and train them properly because such behavior can never be justified. Also because papas reputation is well known so for people like them shouldn't get the opportunity to humiliate the reputation. Please look into...

The place may smell good but they cut corners. My burger had no cheese and no tomato. I pointed out that it does not look like what is shown on the pictures. They said that they don't give cheese and tomato. Well, should they not change/update their pictures then??? Secondly, and more importantly, there is zero consideration given to sustainability. They use non-recyclable Styrofoam boxes. I asked if they can give me cardboard box. They said they don't have. I literally had to point out to them where on the shelf are the cardboard boxes so they could give it to me. Everything is given in plastic bags. If Mac Donald's can use cardboard boxes and paper bags for their fries why Papa's Chicken can't? You know why? Because they don't give a damn. Very sad.
