Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in London

Extremely rude manager! Incompetent delivery driver. After placing my order (Thursday at 6.20pm) 1 hour and 10 minutes prior to be contacted by my driver who told me he was at my door and I was not answering, only to hear the door being answered on the other end of the phone and him being told he was at the wrong address, I called the store to inform them of this and to see when my pizza had been dispatched, to see how long he was actually taking. They were very difficult in answering this question and only answered vaguely after I had asked them no less than 5 times and because I kept asking, I was told in a rude amd aggressive way that it was not their problem and the phone was put down on me. This however, happens to be the second time within 2 weeks this has happened! The only reason for this 2nd order is because they told me after the first time I could place an order for free to compensate for the first instance when my pizza was delivered stone cold after 2 hours of placing my order (order placed on a Friday at 5.30pm). I will certainly NOT be ordering from this branch again. My advice, unless you are collecting and do not have to rely on the third party delivery service, which the store take absolutely no accountability for, even though it's their food and they are who are taking your money, AVOID...

Ordered a pizza around closing time and this was not delivered to our house. I have had multiple calls with the staff at this branch and they are refusing us our almost £50 Refund back because their delivery driver clearly messed up! Told me I should have called immediately when it didn’t arrive, but we did multiple times, and they did not answer!!! Called next day and was rudely told they are too busy to deal with my problem at that time and said they’d call next day. Was never called back!! Called back next day and had absolutely disgusting service, they have told me to ask my neighbour if they took the food, but perhaps they should just make sure they deliver to the correct house! We have a ring doorbell and know when anyone enters our road.. disgusting manners and attitude can’t believe we are being refused money back for something...

Order placed and delivered, I called after about 40 minutes to chase up as tracker said it had been delivered already, I was told it was on the way.

Order arrived 10 mins later, temp cold.

One of items ordered was incorrect brownie instead of cookies.

I phoned to explain there had been a mistake but "Lina" the apparent manager said it wasn't a mistake and that they had run out of cookies. I explained that I did not like the brownies and I wanted a refund, she said because they had tried to contact me on some random mobile number that I do not recognise but hadn't been able to get through that they will not refund me, she was really quite rude and abrupt.
