Parc Franglaises — Restaurant in London

This cafe Highly Recommend from us. My husband and I have enjoyed having a French lunch many times in Parc Franglaises over 4 years. Their sandwiches were freshly made with choices of various ingredients and bread always. Every food was very delicious in this cafe. Today We enjoyed our faviourite sandwiches there, smoked salmon and cream cheese, and turkey and cranberry sauce with choices of wide ranges of bread such as various Baguettes, We enjoyed a slice of Florentine, it is a special baked cheese cake which is called "Florentine" with pumpkin seeds on top making layers with fruits which locate bottom of the cake beautifully(see my photo of the cake). I recently bought lunch from this place and was pleased with the friendly staff and the spacious seating area. There was plenty of room to sit and enjoy my meal comfortably. However, I did have one concern regarding food hygiene. The person who made my baguette did not wash his hands before preparing my food. I also noticed him handling his mobile phone and card transactions, which made me uneasy about the cleanliness of my meal.

Maintaining good food hygiene is crucial, and it would be reassuring to see staff dedicated solely to food preparation without distractions, and wear the appropriate gloves. A very disappointed customer. My father went to order three half baguettes today as a takeaway. The bill was £21 and we were far from impressed with the amount of filling in each baguette. My father added extra salmon to his at home and I returned my Parma ham baguette to the cafe as I was so appalled with the lack of filling. The lady working there did put some salad in my baguette but no extra Parma ham. There was ONE slice. I got no apology, no offered refund and no customer service in my mind. I will not...
