Pepe's — Restaurant in London

I came to make an order at the shop exactly 2.30am and was told by one of the staff that the shop is closed and that I can only do online orders such as uber eats. I asked when do you close the shop the staff replied 3am and anything after 3am is only online orders. I told him it's 2.30am so I still have 30 mins because the shop closes at 3am he just said I have to leave the shop and do an online order. I didn't really make a fuss I could see they were tired and maybe didn't want 10 extra people walking in straight after me so the best option was to just close the shop and take online orders only.

So I had to stay outside the shop and make and online uber eats order for the delivery driver to come into the shop collect my food and give it to me outside the shop.... even the delivery driver was shocked. 😆 🤣 😂 I mean what can I say absolutely pathetic. Some times you just have to laugh at the situation.

The staff inside don't have a Scooby. I spoke to them in English and there asking each other what did the customer say in a different language. All I said was hello are you ok and he had to ask his colleague what did he say. That's fine no problem I just had to do hand gestures to explain I'm saying hello.

Ok now the order I asked for peri peri wings which was perfect no issues loved it and then I asked for peri peri chips . Now the picture of the peri peri chips is below feel free to have a look at it and if you laugh you owe me a £100.. because they were definitely not shy with the peri peri salt.

Any ways this will be the last time I will be ordering from this branch I wish the staff all the best I hope they are grateful they have work and take pride in there work even though it can get rough and tough at times especially unsociable hours . But I wish...

Last Saturday evening, I ordered 2 meals + Fries for diner at Pepe'sPiri Piri Enfied via Just Eat. Delivery was on time, but what a surprise when I saw "Loaded Fries". 7.98£ for that!!! This is robbery. For this price I was expecting at least 3 times more fries, and a lot of chesse and Jalapenos. I confirm that this picture is real and was taken just after opening the box. When you can see the bottom of the box, you know there is not much food in it. This is simply inacceptable.

After posting my review, i had a response from Pepe's saying that because i ordered from third party (uber eats), Pepe's wasn't responsible for my misfortune (few grams of fries for 8£) . Which clearly means that either 1. Pepe's didn't read my review, or 2. Pepe's food is not prepared by Pepe's or 3. That the very nice Uber'eats personel that delivered the food ate my fries. I then decided to: 1. Upgrade my reviews for the delivery done by Uber Eats, 2. Downgrade my review to Pepe from 1 to ZERO STARS, 3. never order again in...

Worst Pepes I have been too. Avoid!

I eat in many branches of pepes and usual have a pleasant experience.

I have ordered from here on a couple of occasions and the food hasn’t been up to standard. The Staff have been rude and arrogant and just look like they hate their lives.

It was my mistake to think I should give it a try again. But after completing 10 hour shift without having something to eat, I gave it another chance. It had just gone midnight and I had entered the store and saw the two usual boys that work the evenings. I approached the counter and ask to order for take away to which I got a rude reply “Uber eats only”. Confused as this was never an issue in other branches opened past midnight, I tried to open the app to order for collection which wasn’t working for me.
