Perfect Fried Chicken Hackney — Restaurant in London

I am working as a Security in this area from couple of days. Went there twice and wasted my money and harmed my tastebuds as well. I bought Fillet Burger meal everytime but the butger patty was cold and chewy. After esting first time, today I went there again and asked the staff that last time it was cold and chewy, I could not eat. He said its fresh and then turned to other costumer ignoring me cuase I was complaining. I hoped that it must be fresh and atleast eatable. After taking first bite, I had to remove a part of chicken from the patty because I was unable to chew it as it was a long cold chewy chicken strip. I took out many of these chewy bite and attached the oictures too. Trust me guys, If you want to eat something there are also some Arab Doner shops or other Halal chicken shops nearby at Hackney Central. Don't waste money or eat unhealthy to buy from this guy at cheap price. Our health must be our priority, pay more but eat healthy and fresh. I don't usually give feedback, but I always guve feedback and tell others if someone is selling awful food to save others money, time and health. Chicken was freshly cooked when I ordered and chips fried to order. My quarter pounder was cooked on a gas barbecue grill and tasted chargrilled deliciousness. Only problem didn’t toast my bun . I forgive ! On my latest visit 24/03/23 . I enjoyed a smash burger and some barbecue wings! Which is part of the new additions to menu . My favourite takeaway food. Just wanted to add to my review that the peri peri chicken I ordered on the 12/04/24 was excellent and a very close flavour to Nando’s ! The man that served me offered a house special hot sauce to make it extraordinarily delicious and hot ! Me and my family have been a long time customer of 9+ years to this pfc on well st, right opposite Tesco's. It's never been anything except great! Great customer service with the manager and business owner being really friendly and talkative whilst serving me each time. It's been a long standing business, being the very first chicken and chips shop in the Morning Lane area as I remember.
