Response to owner 25/5: hi there, I’m curious as to where you’ve contacted me as I can honestly say I’ve not received any response from you which is another reason why I’m disappointed. As to why I didn’t call, you were closed by the time I received my order so what was I supposed to do apart from reach out to Uber Eats and try and get it resolved. I may take up your offer in the future, if it is still possible. But for now, it is nice to actually hear from you and get some kind of apology.
Update: 21st of May 2021 So after my stellar review of this place as previously published, I am now feeling quite disappointed by my delivery last night via Uber Eats. I ordered the Mediterranean Pide, chips, and cheesy garlic bread. After it taking over an hour for the order to arrive (there was a 99p discount for “no rush” order), it finally arrived. I’m sad to report that it turned up lukewarm and cold. This was not even the worst of it...the garlic bread was chewy and visibly burnt. Charcoal isn’t really a flavour I like. The chips looked like they had been refried a couple of times, to the point where they were crunchy! And not in a good way. The Pide was burnt and to add insult to injury, the toppings were not even right...After reaching out to Uber Eats, they were reluctant to credit the whole order back even though I provided photos of the food and it made me feel sick when I tried to eat it. Ultimately I’m disappointed that the restaurant thought this was acceptable food to be sent out, for no less than £20. We are living in a pandemic where I’m doing my best to support independent restaurants, but after the lack of respect from both the restaurant and Uber Eats in resolving this issue, I am at a loss and out of pocket for most of my money. I probably won’t ever bother to order from here again, and that is so disheartening when the first order went so well. Think twice before you order from here. The first time may be nice, but after that it is anyone’s guess.

Read moreI had the most awful experience from this place!!! As you can see the menu they are not clearly explain the ingredience. I ordered "Kiymali" which came with fully cheese which is allergic problem to my health. I try to speak with manager for my refund but he didnt accept their mistake and he was extremely RUDE!!! Instead of kindly apologise he just hang up the phone!! It is not accaptable in UK.
I will complain this place to right place regarding health and food with the advocate.
