Pizza 2 Night — Restaurant in London

I used Just Eat to make this order. Order was late so called restaurant no answer. Kept calling and status was then updated to delivered. Contacted Just Eat first thing in the morning and they advised that I needed to call back during restaurant opening hours so that they could help Came off chat and came on again, lady in cht box stated that I needed to call restaurant myself so why do I pay just eat the service charge. I resisted but she insisted I had to! Called restaurant and was advised that just eat will need to request refund!!!!!!!! Went back ri just eat different person apologised said they would look into it and they would get back to me. Next day in chat box advised that I have to contact restaurant again. I point blank refused and then was advised that as it was past 48hrs they cannot help me and restaurant advised that they tried to deliver but no one answered. So if they tried to deliver and no one answered apparently why did they mark order as delivered. Wouldn't usually comment but feel these guys aren't getting there fair dues Have been using this place for at least 3 years now. Granted there may have been some changes in staff and possibly management over that time but the quality of both the food and hygiene,as well as the overall service and interaction all to be just fine in all of that time. Saw that someone went as far as posting a pic below. Hey, it happens at the best of places sometimes but I'm almost certain had you taken the time to let them know before all of us, you'd have been well taken care of without complaint. I got a tomato based pizza once instead of a bbc one (18" too) told them and they were great! Apologised let me keep it and gave me another no questions asked. Honestly anybody that may think to have any complaints could only do so on a more personal level or after REALLY looking for a problem! I myself go there for food not looking for fault and as I've said "so far, so good" and for sooo long. Honestly and no I'm not just the eat anything anywhere type at either!! Can only advise one give it a go themselves...

Placed my order via phone as just eat refuse to take free choice pizza orders. I WAS a regular customer here. An hour later I called back to find out where my pizza was... They said they had no record of it I must have order from another pizza 2 night despite me using the phone number saved in my phone! He checked with other staff an eventually told me he would call me back. I waited another 30 minutes and then called back myself instead, spoke to someone else (who was much easier to understand) they said my order had just left the shop and would be with me soon. 15 minutes later the first guy called me back and told me there was no order and he could take my order now. I asked how long it would take and he told me another 50 minutes which we all know means well well over an hour! Have now ordered from super pizza instead.
