Pizza 2 Night Welling — Restaurant in London

Ordered online via a food delivery service. The driver was of the restaurant not the delivery service. He called me asking if i wanted the food delivered at another address... i mean... what? Why would i want food delivered to another address? I provided basic geographical instructions for the driver to make their life easier since a lot of drivers find it difficult to find our place for deliveries. There are multiple addresses in the area so obviously lots of doors have the same number on them without any indication of which address that number belongs to. We've often been delivered the wrong mail and deliveries simply because we have the same door number. The instructions were written with this in mind. With a clear description of the property and the best way to locate it as well. And yet the driver kept asking me if i wanted it delivered to another address. Completely illogical.

The food: There was cumin in my lasagne. It was not all throughout the lasagne but only in the bottom layers. This makes me think there must have accidental cross contamination... which can be dangerous in some cases. The chips i got were limp and sad and frankly not worth what i paid for it. Onion...

New management. Massive improvment from the last management. Also, whatever they adverise, they sell (unlike last management who advertised a product, pull customers in, then say they don't sell it).

Called up to place an order. They take order and tell me it'll take 20 minutes. I go to collect they say they don't know anything about order. They even suggested I ordered from shop across road. I show them call log and confirm their number, still they say they don't know anything about it. Then guy says he can put on a new pizza oven. No acknowledgement of the shambolic service.

Also, they advertise one price on shop window, and charge something else. Not...

Tried to order pizza this evening, my order was over £50, it was quite alot. I always order from Pizza Tonite Welling, have done for years. I have been accused of placing a large order before and cancelling it, something I have never done. The manager then came on the phone, telling me that my phone number, post code and door number had ordered then cancelled before.
