I would rate 0 if I could. Staff, especially manager terribly rude. We waited an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Walked in and it took 20 minutes to order drinks an additional 10 to receive them. Took 35 minutes to order starters, and took 25 minutes to receive them meanwhile being served the wrong starter twice! Accusing us of lying. Everyone else was coming in and receiving their food well before we did. By the time we received our meal which tbhey also tried delivering to another table first. we had been there an hour and15 minutes although it was just spaghetti Bolognese! Which may I add the food tasted like it was a microwave meal from Tesco. We went to pay and they all ganged up on us because we complained at the end and they said to us because we look young ( we are 20 &22 years old) this isn't McDonald's, zizzi . Accusing us of lying and getting in mine and my boyfriends faces trying to intimidate us. He was extremely rude. NEVER GO THERE if you are younger than 30 and want to be singled out and attacked. What a lovely place , we stepped in for an impromptu birthday dinner for my dad yesterday and the staff are so friendly , the aesthetic is clean and cosy, it’s huge inside and looks great for hiring. The food was exceptional, the pizzas were thin based with plenty of toppings and huge , the pasta was perfectly al dente and the cocktail mum ordered was perfection.

Highly recommend the this wonderful Italian spot and the Penne Spinaci Funghi, love that they’ve added added chicken to this dish since the last time I was in, hands down, some of the best Italian food I've had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The service was also exceptional - they even brought dad a little birthday ice cream is was so thoughtful of them.

Safe to say we will not be coming back again. Whilst the restaurant decor is nice, the actual food was awful. Our starters came out with so much grease they were inedible and the main courses were extremely dissapointing. Considering the price the little meat there was was all fat and it didn't come with a single vegetable, other than the offer for a little spinach. Not to mention it was overcooked - disgraceful for £18.95. The stuffed pasta was no better, it was cold in the middle and generally lacking in flavour. So disappointing as the meal cost a fortune and we were really looking forward to a treat. We skipped dessert and went to a local waffle parlour instead. Much cheaper and tasted better than anything else we'd eaten that night. Wish we'd heeded the warning about this place from a friend before deciding to give it a try....
