Pizza Go Go Purley — Restaurant in London

If I could give no stars I would but had to give one in order to leave a review, I ordered a pizza for 3 children and had called the shop previously to advise them to send me a text to pay as I couldn't find my bank card, unfortunately the shop forgot to send the text so I had to call back for them to send the text for payment. The driver was highly inpatient and continually kicked banged and rang my doorbell demanding the payment shouting to give back the pizza. With both myself and him being on the phone to the shop, he continued to rant and rave in my hallway causing commotion intimidating me saying he will break my door. as he could see I was the only one in the house with the children, as I was trying make the payment. In the end it was more trouble than the £16 pizza was worth. I have been a regular customer with his branch for over 5 years. But this will be the last time I order with them if they hire inpatient disrespectful drivers that intimidate their...

STAY AWAY... don't waste your money. We have had on and off good and bad pizzas but tonight was the worst.. So as customers we called and asked for a replacement as we were not happy with ours the base was like stale cardboard and not nice at all. This was fully explained of what it felt like, tasted like and was hoping for a no problem we will rectify this...They refused and was rude and argued with us without even seeing the pizza. In the past pizzas have been cold and at times not brilliant, but this was the first time we called in and was met with an arguing idiot with no customer service skills at all. Refused to listen and exept what we have said.. All we wanted was a replacement. You pizza go go have lost our custom. We have emiled the company for a refund.. we will never return...

Ordered delivery and for 20 quid I've never had a worse pizza experience. Threw away more than 2 !of us cared to eat. Honestly say ive had better frozen pizza's. All in all , would have to say was worth a fiver at best, wasn't very friendly and quick to get off the phone as if they didn't want me to buy. Garl cheesy pizza bread comes looking like a actual pizza rather then garlic bread and both pizza and cheese garlic bread was likeen eating rubber. SMH was awful. Would never go again. It's as if they bought there items as frozen stored food rather then freshly made. Wouldn't surprise me. Paid 20 pound for what was probably worth 3 pound . Eurgh . That bad...
