Pizza Hut Restaurants Beckton Triangle Retail Park — Restaurant in London

After a nice family day out we thought we would treat our daughter to pizza hut. I used to love going to pizza hut when I was younger and although I don't expect much from pizza hut, the service we received was terrible! The whole ordering with a QR code does not bother me at all but we waited 30/40 minutes for our food, there was nothing in the salad bar except nachos and sauce and people that arrived after us not only had their orders taken by staff but received their food within 10/15 minutes! We ordered a meal deal so our dessert was included but it took us another 30 minutes to receive that and only after my partner went up to complain to be told they were prioritising pizza first (for select customers only, and it wasn't busy), we only got a cheesecake (out of the fridge) and cookie dough (5 mins to warm up) and ended up after 20 mins of waiting having it as takeaway as our daughter was starting to get restless in the highchair.

I think if we do go pizza hut again it won't be in Beckton even though it's our local.

I must say that those who were served swiftly and made sure their dining experience were of a standard, were not black or white - they were left to wait ridiculous amount of time! And if you do want to order from the waiter, you definitely can as they did, whilst we were told QR code ordering only!

Food was decent minus the empty, unlimited salad bar but...

I came in with my husband and 3 children and wanted the buffer. The food was prepared right away and tasted fresh and really nice. Unfortunately my husband was called to work as soon as we sat down to eat and Unfortunately was only able to have 2/3 small slices of pizza. My children and I stayed and managed to enjoy our meal. I tried to explain the situation with my husband but it seemed a bit difficult to get some support or above and beyond service. I asked if I could take some food with me for husband as I had already paid but seemed to feel like I was asking for something I shouldn't have asked for. In the end they said I could take 4 slices of pizza and nothing else as its "not encouraged" we had salad left over which I wanted to taken seen as it was going to get thrown out and I had paid for an adults share of food that wasn't eaten but again was basically told sorry its not encouraged to take for away. I felt very uncomfortable by this. That aside all staff were friendly and nice and were attentive but could only do what they could as hands were tied in other areas.

My children definitely enjoyed getting their own food and were happy getting their own icecream.

Probably will come back but maybe not...

During my recent visit to Pizza Hut where I indulged in their delightful buffet, I had the pleasure of being served by the exceptional waitress, Binu. Binu's service truly stood out and made my dining experience unforgettable.

From the moment my wife and I sat down, Binu greeted us with a warm smile and impeccable hospitality. She was attentive to all our needs, ensuring our pizza slices were always fresh and hot, and we were well taken care of. What truly amazed me was Binu's genuine interest in making sure we were enjoying my meal. She took the time to recommend different pizza flavours.

Binu's professionalism and friendly demeanor were a breath of fresh air. Her positive energy and enthusiasm were contagious, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant. It was evident that Binu took pride in her work and genuinely cared about providing top-notch service to every customer.

Overall, our experience at Pizza Hut was elevated thanks to Binu's exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable dining experience, and for that, we are truly grateful.
