I kept on getting emails from Pizza Hut as I’m a loyal Pizza Hut customer. I’ve been loyal to Pizza Hut for over 40 years. Sadly the delivery branch at Green Lane Northwood got my delivery pizza wrong today as it was NOT cooked properly. I accept we all make mistakes in life so I rang a manager called Tony. This guy Tony was arrogant and refused blantantly to accept his mistake and refused to change the pizza. He expected me to take pictures write a letter and wait for a response up to 14 days. When I told him if I was dinning at a restaurant and they got it wrong they would put it right straight away. He refused and instead of apologising he was defiant. What a bunch of unprofessional franchisee. This branch is doing more harm then good for the Pizza Hut Brand. Now I know why Dominos are doing so well in the UK.
Never again Pizza Hut after 40 year loyalty. Thanks to Pizza Hut delivery Northwood for destroying the good will of the brand. Really they deserve minus stars for such behaviour with a customer. Her “Should be with you in 15 mins, its in oven now”.
Me “Fine but it should have been here 15 mins ago, why are you cooking it now?
Her “Oh one of our ovens isn’t working”
Me “So nobody thought to be proactive and ring the customers who are all waiting? You knew you were going to be much later?
Her “Sorry I don’t know what happened, let me check...Yeah it should be with you in 45 mins to an hour...”
Me “I thought it was in the oven? I thought you said 15 mins?”
Her [angry] “Well how would I know, I’m on the phone”
Me “I have just caught you lying. Please cancel my order this is going to take too long”
Her “Call customer services, we can’t refund you here”
Me “Is the number for that free? It is not worth the price if it costs more than the pizzas I am trying to get refunded?”
Her “I dont know”
Absolute shambles, avoid at all costs. I’m currently out of pocket for pizzas I cancelled, waiting to see if I can even get a refund. They have robbed me. Needs to be investigated for...

I have read several reviews here saying the same thing about her! Well I can't disagree. Firstly, they charged me twice for the same order. When I called to enquire about the charges and delivery time, she said she does not have my order on the system . While I was on the phone with her, the delivery driver came to deliver my order- They had sent half my order. When I told her that things from my order were missing, she said she can refund some amount. I had a three year old waiting for food so I ordered more food so she could deliver the whole order. She was not sorry about the whole service but was practically shouting at me, put me on hold while talking to her staff about something else and then charged me for delivery again!! The food was stone cold and chewy. This is the second time that I have had a bad experience with them.
