Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

Absolute terrible service. Do not order from here. My First pizza arrived, Absolutely freezing cold and arrived 30mins later than time told. I gavethe driver the pizza to take back, When phoned back up I have a voice recording of them saying that they would remake our order and with an apology free side.. then waited again for another 45mins and phoned them I have another recording of a woman now that said it was already out and should be with me in the next 5-10mins.. Then waited another 20mins and called back and she said she couldn't see me on the system so I explained all again and let them know I had the recordings. Whole recording this call as well and they hung up on me.. and I have that recorded. Absolutely disgusting. And I've paid for the pizza that I haven't received. Do not order from here. Terrible Pizza Hut. My girlfriend and my friends wanted to order some pizzas to be delivered for my birthday. Instead we were told we have to pick them up from the shop. When we cancelled, two minutes after the order was made, we were still charged. When we tried repeatedly call back to then reorder, they didn’t pick up. We also didn’t get a refund. We spent £60 for no pizza and no refund on my birthday. What’s even worse is when we contacted customer service they said that they couldn’t issue a refund because the pizza was wasted. If the pizza was cooked in 2 minutes between the time the order was made and the time we cancelled, that has to be the fastest pizza made in history! I do not recommend anyone to order from Pizza Hut. Even the restaurants are pretty rubbish now anyway. There are plenty of better pizza places to get your pizza from in Clapham. Don’t waste your time or money on Pizza Hut. Terrible customer service, terrible management , terrible pizza now. Not worth it. Try papa johns or home slice. Way way better ! As a former member of this branch a few things have come to my attention which I have to make public. All muslims that work there whether it's a bike rider or the people handling your food are washing their feet in the sink where food is handled and prepared. People need to know what goes on inside this branch there is a serious hygiene issue there. The equipment customers food is prepared in is never cleaned properly and will always have food or dirt from past days or even weeks on it which they still will use to prepare customers food with. There is also a Romanian lady that makes every pizza for customers that also is very unhygienic she never washes her hands or even wears gloves I have also caught her picking her nose on a few occasions whilst making pizzas I recommend this store particularly be closed down it is a Muslim runned branch which favours only Muslim...
