Read moreFirstly let me start by saying I never usually care about putting a review about bad service as some places it is a genuine mistake, however at this Pizza Hut the service and the food were beyond horrific it was down right appalling. Hopefully the restaurant will take note of this review to improve its service. I know this is no 5 star restaurant and I was not expecting such service however they could have at least got the product correct.
The Review is as follows. We entered the establishment waited by the meet and great area for 5 mins there were no staff to be seen anywhere on the floor finally when a staff member did appear we requested an empty window seat we were informed that area of the restaurant was closed, however after we had been sat in alternate table for 10 mins we noticed that the table we originally requested was now filled by new patrons in what was the supposed closed section of the establishment. I was prepared to let that slide. We ordered and we're asked if we wanted our starters before the pizza we said yes, the pizza arrived the starters never came until we asked when the pizza was delivered where the starters were beyond pathetic service, And to truly top of our experience the half and half pizza we ordered one half was not the product advertised on the menu the Philly cheese steak advertises it comes with caramelised onion the pizza had Spanish onions only no caramelised onion this has a distinct flavour and it was not there as such I advised the waiter I could not eat the product served to me, the waiter advised the manager who advised they would remove the amount off the bill however they only removed our soft drinks from the bill this was a beyond pathetic gesture.
I would not even if offered a voucher after this experience eat at this Pizza Hut again. There are three other establishments to choose from in he area and I will only be eating at these from now on.
Hopefully the restaurant picks up it's pathetic game...
Read moreOverall we were very dissatisfied with our experience at this specific Pizza Hut branch, we were seated and told to order via the barcode on the table, which was ok until it was unclear how to order half and half and it took us a while to figure there was in fact still a children's menu; we also tried to find garlic bread which was presented on the restraunts paper menu which in fact is no longer available to order.
So we placed our order via the barcode and waited for 15 minutes unsure waiting to establish if drinks and salad bowls would be brought to our table, in the end we got up and helped our selves, diners should be informed it is in fact self service.
While waiting for our food the children's juice had finished and I had asked the gentleman behind the bar for a new glass and informed him this was the case, to which he didn't acknowledge me or replenish the juice. I then had to ask another member of staff for the bottle so I could do it myself and informed them I had informed the guy behind the 'bar' are and he clearly didn't care as he hadn't replenished it.
We then after 35 minutes asked the same gentleman about our food order and he was very dismissive and his attitude wasn't great at all, he didn't chase our order up or even check, his response was "It should be coming" with his hands up in the air and the he walked off, Ten minutes later I then went over to the cooking station and asked how long our order would be; to which I was informed it was coming and being served to deliver the table by whom I believe was the manager.
Overall we wasn't impressed at all with our visit to this branch and the gentleman's attitude and the time we waited for our food was unacceptable and if we hadn't have already paid we most definitely would have left and...
