Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

It has been a while since I last visited Pizza Hut. This particular branch used to be a stop off on the way to the cinema next door. The premises is the same but the service has dropped a not h or two. I'm not comaini g about the service I received this afternoon, but about the service a mother and her two toddlers didn't get. There was an accident at their table and two China plates dropped and broke on the floor. The member of staff closest ignored the situation and continued to take an order a couple of tables away. The manager was putting pizza out on the buffet shelves. He seemed disinterested. The woman picked up the razor sharp pieces and stacked them in front of her children. She obviously hadn't thought her actions through. Her children could have tried to play with the shards and hurt themselves. Or she could have been injured and taken to hospital. What would have happened to the toddlers? Surely the staff have been trained to deal with broken crockery? Customers must never be allowed to handle dangerous items. Especially when they are part of the company inventory. The business has a duty of care to ensure that they are in a safe an usable condition. Any injury sustained by the customer whilst cleaning up would be attributable to the business failing to properly control the situation. No points for Pizza Hut today. I hope to see some evidence of improvement in the near future. Meanwhile, if you are read g this, do Not pick up broken glass or crockery in a restaurant. Staff must do that, for...

The asian manager (short one) was extremely rude from the outset. We asked if we could sit away from the busy crowd in the middle as i did not feel there was 2M distance, he refused. We then saw a group of 4 being taken there a minute after us. Told to scan the qr code to order food, this took over 20-30 minutes. I have a new phone and 4G and never have problems, the connection was so poor even to the extent of their wifi. My partner asked the same manager if someone could take our order as the tables around us, all were having their orders taken by the waitresses, again he was rude and said quite abruptly, No this is not his job to take orders and we would need to wait another 20 minutes before being served. So having wasted 20 mins trying to get the website to work this is how we were treated. We asked a waitress who seemed equally unbothered and said she needs permission from her manager, she never returned. Got the order to work but forgot half the stuff i wanted as it was not showing on the website but on their paper menu it was?? I’ve been a regular at pizza hut and i must say service was 0/10 and the salad was 0/10 such old lettuce that was dry in a small salad bowl. staff not wearing masks properly as it was below their noses.

If someone walked in with a basic phone how would you expect them to take an order? Literally no contingency plan, the manager himself needs to improve his customer service skills, i understand English is not your first language but basic skills? awful. Never...

Pizza Hut is a family favourite for us. And the Enfield branch has been my favourite ever Pizza Hut visit.

Everything was PERFECT! I’ve been disappointed that they’ve been closing their ‘eat in’ restaurant branches in east London, so this is now our closest one without having to go into central London.

We were all fasting that day for Ramadan, so were all very hungry, but their staff were all super efficient and really helpful. From the moment we entered to the moment we left they were an absolute joy!! I could tell the staff in this restaurant were a happy bunch which always helps.

Even when there was a problem with one of our pizzas (it happens) the waitress was brilliant at correcting things and making sure she kept us updated on the replacement pizza!

I love great customer service, it is an art! It makes everything so much more enjoyable!! And Pizza Hut Enfield staff have the best I’ve ever seen in a Pizza Hut!

I haven’t even spoken about the food! But that was all great too and at the level you’d expect. When eating in Pizza Hut there is always something that’s usually missing or that goes wrong! For instance, there is missing items in the salad bar etc - but everything about the pizza and food here was perfect!!
