Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

Up till now all my orders from here have been superb but today two of my cheesy garlic tear & shares were not cooked properly - in the middle they were barely warm and were extremely doughy. I phoned up and the guy I spoke to named Ali (he said he was the manager) had an extremely strong accent and had a job to understand me (I speak London English). He hung up on me after I repeated my sentence five times calmly and I phoned back. He answered after it rang at least a dozen times. He wasn't very helpful, he gave no apologies and after a short back and forth (I was very polite to him) he said on my next order to mention his name for replacements. Originally he wanted me to go to the shop with the two not properly cooked products. He said the product would be cold as the order was placed around an hour ago. I repeated to him it wasn't cooked enough - it being cold wasn't a problem (I waited till I finished eating the pizza before I called and including the 40min delivery time and 20 mins to eat I called an hour after placing the order). Me and my partner ordered a pizza from here on Friday night. We had half pepperoni, half veggie. When we opened the pizza up, the presentation was terrible. Half the pizza was squashed, toppings on the lid and the sides weren’t much better. They had sliced the pizza in a really odd way too. However, this was nothing compared to what we were both about to experience... The early hour of Saturday morning, it begun.... we were both vomiting and had horrific diarrhoea. It’s now Sunday morning and we are only just starting to recover. Just imagine trying to look after a 4 month old when you’re both going through this? The most awful case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. One could argue it is difficult to pin down what food made you sick. Well, she’s on maternity leave and I was at work during the day on Friday! I have dealt with this person several times in the past; over the phone, and she has always been very rude which I always ignored but today she took it to a different level. Today, I was on the phone with her and another call came in on another line in their shop, she put me on hold to take that call without saying anything to me. I complained about it when she finished with the other call and demanded to speak to the manager, her answer to me was "are you going to order or not?" in a harsh; bullying tone. I was so shocked when she said to me that she was the manager. I went down to the shop to get an explanation\apology, she refused to apologize but rather called the police.
