Alright, listen up. If you're thinking about ordering from Pizza On Demand in Beckenham, just don't. This wasn't just a bad experience—it was a catastrophe. This is the worst excuse for pizza I’ve ever encountered, and I wouldn’t even inflict it on my worst enemy.

First, the delivery took forever. By the time the pizza arrived, the box was soggy and leaking grease. A promising start? I don't think so. It was a clear warning sign of the disaster waiting inside.

Opening the box was like uncovering a crime scene. They claim it’s a wood-fired oven, and sure, maybe it is. But this pizza looked and tasted like it had been incinerated in a pile of charcoals. The dough was rock hard, like it had been baked sometime last year. You'd need a chisel and a strong jaw to make a dent in it.

The toppings? Laughable. What little there was had been carelessly thrown on and left to burn along with the crust. The cheese was rubbery, the vegetables shriveled like they’d been plucked from last week’s trash, and the meat tasted so off I couldn't stomach more than a bite.

I don’t buy the positive reviews this place supposedly has. They must be fake because no one with functional taste buds would find anything redeeming about this garbage.

I tried to reach out to the restaurant to express my concerns, but the staff? They were dismissive and rude. Clearly, customer service is as foreign to them as the concept of decent food.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of better options in Beckenham that actually understand how to make pizza. Don’t waste your time or money on this pathetic excuse...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! after getting my order wrong and only delivering half of it I called to explain. They said the correct order would be with us in 5 mins. Over 20 mins later still not arrived so we rang and asked them to cancel and refund the remaining items they had got wrong. The response I got was to be abused down the phone and f'd at several times. I was told 'it doesn't fking work like that' and asked 'is this the first time you've eaten a fkimg pizza?' I was very shaken and completely shocked in all honesty. And made the point, having managed customer sales and services for ten years, that I was a paying customer and 1, I should not be spoken to like this, and 2, it actually was THERE mistake not mine. Online prices are an absolute rip off. Ordered a 10.5 inch pizza that cost over £11 only to arrive to collect it and see posters advertising the same pizza for 5.99 or two for the price I had just paid. When I queried it with the guy in store he said it was the people running the website, so I opened the chat support on the website the guy on there said I could email the store manager, which I did. He ignored the email. I then got a generic email asking me to review the order, and for the sake of fairness I rang the store to offer them an opportunity to earn a good review, and after more excuses he hung up on me.
