Beacon Bite Coffee — Restaurant in London

Ordered a beans and cheese Jacket which came with the side salad dressed with a sauce (not told about this, nor was I asked if I had any allergens). The jacket itself was tasteful, however, the portion of beans was no more than two tablespoons. I had mor potatoe than I had beans. And this cost £6. Quite expensive for the tiny portion you recieve.

Customer service was appaling. She was all smioes at first and very rushful. However when I decided I didn't want a panini but a jacket instead, her attitude changed. Woman with blonde hair does not know customer service. The man doing the food who I assume to be the owner, just stares at every customer that walks in and gives evil eyes.. Food is always good, good selection of everything. However the lady that was serving was extremely rude and condescending, she was shouting at young school girl when I was in there because she wasn’t saying the order to the correct person. Also very condescending to me when something happened with my card, I was spoken to like I was brainless fool. I understand it’s fast paced industry and you need to be assertive to get things moving, but the tone and the manner was appalling. Used the coffee shop today for the 1st time, recommended the tea by a doctor, he was right. It was a great experience. Proper cups and saucers and cut. Milk in a minute lovely bottle enough for 2. Food cooked and brought to the table on order. The staff were friendly, efficient, helpful. Would use it every day. It is the best hospital cafe that we have ever been in, and affordable.
