Pizzaiolo — Restaurant in London

I am very saddened to have to give such a review. I was a regular customer both in the restaurant and ordering takeaway. Always the pizza was fast and it was fantastic made of real Italian products, you could feel that Italy! Unfortunately, today, as it is sometimes on weekends, I ordered pizza again and there is probably a new driver who was circling around the neighborhood looking for my building, which is easy to find, the pizza was cold. After exchanging sentences with someone from the service, we got a new one and here a huge disappointment because there is no trace of Italian products, they write very heavy with tasteless cheese and the cheapest flour and salami. I don't know if the cook has changed or the owner has changed but the pizza is now VERY BAD, HEAVY and tastes like the cheapest for £5 from another chain store and I will add that it was not cheap! Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place in Brentford due to the very poor quality of pizza and service. I will never say anything about this pozzeri again and I will also advise...

This place is a must go. The pizza we ordered was phenomenal. Probably the best pizza I have had in the UK and I have been to quite a lot of pizza shops. We ordered the pizza which was made by the special Mirela who also served it to us. I have to say asides from the taste the service was amazing. We really felt welcomed a the Mirela made it a special experience for us. I cannot say enough how lovely she was and I would definitely come back here just for the service. If I described this place as a just a pizza restaurant I’d also describe the Monalisa as just a painting. Pizzas are pizzas, right? Not anymore.
