The best pizza going Ordered on Just Eat but we prefer Deliveroo, problem is there was no offers on Deliveroo compared to Just Eat ( my own personal experience on Just Eat hasn’t been good and they are more expensive with delivery costs ) just a couple of things 1, on Deliveroo we can order bottled water, on Just Eat there is no option to have water 2, would prefer to order directly from you online but there is no option to leave notes, like no sweetcorn on the pizza like you can on Just Eat and sadly for us we don’t really have the option to call the store to order so online is a must for us Ordered the meal for 1 which does feed both my son and I, my son can’t eat sweetcorn and likes a nice cheesy pizza so we asked for no sweetcorn but please can we have extra cheese and U.S pizza did this for us and we are very grateful The pizza was delicious and we love how you still get a slight crunch on the green peppers but everything else is cooked perfectly The garlic bread with cheese is also delicious Now, this isn’t the fault of the restaurant and this time we did ask for not much bbq sauce on the chicken wings and you did what we asked but we still don’t like it, the chicken wings were cooked perfectly we just don’t like bbq sauce at all, just find it too sickly and spicy ( that is down to our own preference of taste ) Such a shame you only do bbq or spicy chicken wings, plain would be really nice but I get you can’t please everyone Fantastic food and service...

I am tired of the price increases and ordering system.

I moved to the area four years ago. At the time, we used to order the party deal for £26. I remember on my first order the website and leaflet that came through the door all advertised 15% off. But, when I called to enquire as I wasn't getting the 15%, the staff explained it was only 10% off.

Fast forward three and a half years, and 80 party deals later, the deal now comes to £40. There is no 10% off. That's an 11% increase every year!!

What's more, the standard has become very unpredictable. Sometimes they are generous with toppings, pizza arrives hot and crust is puffy. Other half of the time, pizza has barely any jalapeños, barely any meat, crust is flat - over proofed and over cooked - chips are half the portion. When it's good, it's lovely. But when it's bad, it's terrible!

Same with calling for assistance - usually because they've changed the ordering system. Some days they can be helpful and take our order by phone, including the 10% discount. Other days, like today, they insist on using the app and lie saying there's a loyalty scheme, never 10% off.

I am honestly growing tired of ordering from here. I continue to order only because they are the only nearby halal pizza place. But I will look around for an alternative that respects their...

This fast food establishment is incredible! The customer service is head and shoulders above the competition, with a professional and friendly approach with a clear passion to complete the task! Not just one member of staff but every member of staff I had the chance to talk too blew me away with their approach and positive mindset to the job! I could go on all day about the great service but let’s move to the pizzas!! They are beautiful, fresh, not greasy but just as you’d like a takeaway pizza! Cannot flaw the foods quality for the price you pay, finally the image! All the staff are professional and in a smart uniform, with the establishment being very well looked after I’m terms of hygiene in the front of house, I can only imagine that follows suit at the back given the quality!
