Absolutely poor customer service experience at pret a manager this place no manners. I waiting my coffee more than 5min and there people come after me served before me and I’m just approaching lady And asked her I still waiting my coffee and waiting more than 5min , the answer was I am not making the coffee. I said what , and then next minute she pick up the coffee throw at me . I asked her why she did like that and she showed me continued unacceptable manner and I asked floor manager to see and I spoke the manager what happened but response was from manager also seems didn’t bother to listening to me even .

I am just chocked about what happen right now. I was walking with my friend to enter Pret and some customers were leaving until the lady who works there closed the door straight on us and didn't even talk to us and she left, we were just standing there and surprised until someone's told us that the shop closes at 4:00. In do understand that they close at 4:00 and that she was tired but just as a gets of customer service and human being she could have talked with us and said sorry the shop is closed is now.
