They give me accidentally perhaps milk flat white although I have ordered soya flat white and the sticker saying SOYA though. I approached them kindly and asked to change it as I ordered soya not milk. I smiled and said don’t you worry it happens just replace it please. Yet me the customer tolerating this mistake and being kind they were rude denying it and shouting at me and there was a lady more specific was rude and accusing me of being a liar. I said give me the cup back I’ll investigate it somewhere else because I order soya flat white a lot and I can tell the difference but she refused abs she’s said she binned it in the rubbish to hide what she did perhaps.

What is more shocking is this attitude they have every time I come for my coffee they act as if the customers have nothing to do but to have an argument on a morning for a cup of coffee that is not worth any value.

They are discriminatory and treat people based on their emotions and putting people in their own black list to discriminate them and treat them differently every time they come is illegal and shocking.

We as customers will not accept this bullying and this attitude will not scare us of asking or reporting when they do something wrong abs they are not perfect they do mistakes at least with my order and they have no right to bully us thinking they will stop us from our legal practice to talk and ask to put things right when we find them wrong. The worse staff at pret manger I’ve had as a regular pret...

25th of December, Xmas eve! Just wanted to have a nice walk with my family after our celebaration and turned in for a nice coffee and hot chocolate! Since everything was closed, I wanted to go to a toilet, but there was a huge queue! Some opened the disabled toilet, and the staff were very angry! All of a sudden, 3 women started to fight over the toilet, and one of the staff member ( team leader) wanted to stop the fight, but the other two staff stopped her and told her to leave and laughted! I understand that they clearly didn’t celebrate Christmas, but this is unacceptable! The staffs on charge were laughing over fighting customers for the toilets! Finally 3-4 policemen arrived and all of a sudden the staffs acted concerned! They opened the disable toilet for the fighting woman, and let only her to use it! What kind of resolution is this? I left the pret with a full bladder, as a quite customer! When I asked the staff why not opening the disable toilet for this one occassion to everyone, they said something like “ this is the only clean toilet we have”! The shop was dirty on the top of everything! This isn’t pret quality! I understand that some people don’t respect Xmas, but don’t open...

I went this evening 5/7/22 for a coffee around 7.30pm. It has been the most unpleasant situation I had when asking for a coffee. I ordered a flat white, and when the girl on shift served it for me, I realised that it was just coffee and foam, so I asked her for a bit of milk to add in the coffee , to what her answer was “I can’t put more milk”.. 😳 I had to ask her again for a bit more as she just put few drops of milk.. while she was repeating “I can’t put more milk this is a flat white” ( I still don’t understand it😳) As I didn’t know what to do/say to get extra milk and have the coffee as I like, I offered to pay the milk if that was the problem for her.. she was not willing to put extra milk on my coffee.. then I decided to leave. My motivation to write this review is for this situation not to repeat to others customers, I suggest that maybe the management could invest quality time training the staff on customer service and how to be kind and solving problem instead of arguing for a bit of extra milk in a coffee. Simply...

I ordered an oat matcha latte with vanilla. To my surprise, the matcha appeared to come from single-serve reusable bags, which already raised concerns about quality. The first drink I received was poorly prepared: the matcha wasn’t stirred properly, leaving large clumps throughout, especially at the bottom (photo attached). When I politely asked for a replacement, the response from the staff member (black curly hair) was less than professional. She seemed visibly annoyed, made no effort to apologize, and simply told me to “stand aside” while making another one. The second drink was even worse. It tasted completely off — instead of oat milk, it was made with coconut water (to which I am allergic), and the vanilla flavor was overpowering. Needless to say, I couldn’t drink it either. Wasted 5£. I genuinely expected better service and product quality. This experience was disappointing on multiple levels — both in preparation and customer service. I won’t be ordering matcha at your store again.

I visit this Pret regularly and have always received speedy, friendly service and fresh food. There are many places to sit, eat and work and they always have a range of vegetarian food options (not all the nearby coffee shops do). ☕️ Cappuccino £3.75 (50p discount if you use a reusable cup) 🥐 Croissant £2.10 🌯 Falafel and Halloumi hot wrap £5.35 Would recommend if you’re looking for a quick bite or something to drink while you’re on the go. Also in the area: 🗺️ This Pret is located on the same road as London Bridge and just around the corner, you’ll find the monument to the Fire of London.

Ideally located on one end of the London Bridge, this Pret A Manger is surely inviting! The place boasts ample space inside and I find it incredibly quiet, very unusual for a Pret in central London. If you wish to work away on your laptop or read a book in a “library “ kinda environment, may be this place is for you! The shelves are stocked with usual Pret sandwiches, soups and Salads. Nothing extraordinary, but you do find quick service and good seating area.
