I asked for a spare paper cup as the tea was served too hot, even with the sleeve it was too hot to carry. This is literally all I asked for in a polite manner. I was confronted by the person who initially took my order. Her name is Marivon, I think that's how you spell her name, she looked like the manager. Had a red tag around her neck, small with blonde hair, looked older than the rest of her staff members. Possibly Eastern European. There was no customer care what's so ever, she didn't want to help me with the cup, spoke back with an attitude, was very rude, without needing to be. It was very strange. I was here today (May 30th 2023) at about 4:30pm. The salmon sandwiches were fresh and tasty as always, and the tiffin was great. It’s one of the few places these days where the staff make proper tea instead of throwing a cup of Luke warm water and the sweepings of the factory floor at you! But the reason I wanted to share this review is that the service was truly excellent. It was very busy, but the staff were engaged, friendly, and attentive. The lady who served me was perhaps Eastern European origin, she was brilliant. Not in your face, just warm and charming. A real asset. I hope she was like that because she enjoys her job/ it certainly seemed so. Air travel can be very difficult and stressful. She really relaxed me as Im sure she does most customers.
