I’d like to give a special thanks to the members of pret , they displayed unimaginable team work. The efficiency was unmatchable. I’d like to give a special thanks to three members especially, I can confidently say Athena , Michelle and Natty are carrying the shop and can resolve any issue in a very friendly and efficient manner. Athena is very kind and understanding and is the manager you are grateful for and without her the operation of running the store will not be as possible. I’d also love to give a thanks to Michelle who would take on any tasks when Athena wasn’t around and the way she’s able to handle any situation was incredible .Finally a special thanks to Naty who trained me she’s tough at the start but I realised it’s for my own good and she’s such a perfectionist and I could see why the store was successful was because she doesn’t like failure she only aims for perfect and nothing less than that, she knew how to diffuse any situation if I was faced by a difficult customer she knows how to keep her cool and successfully diffuse the situation on hand. I would love to thank those three especially , they really knew how to run a very busy store such as pret located in Paddington.
Overall the quality , time efficiency , friendly atmosphere, tidiness Is top tier. And I would give the store a 110% Once again I have to give credit to Athena being the face of Pret and the leader of this...
Read moreI went today with my husband as we subscribed 20 pounds each per month for free coffe, was our first time using the code, we ordered to coffee and at the checkout the cashier ROBERTO got upset with us and started shouting because we were supposed to order one by one. But we didn't know. He startef to arguing with us even came out from the counter to argue with me, which i am a woman. Not nice, he was very very rude, and no one seemed to care about that, but this is why its pret a manger and not a chic cafè I guess, is there an SOP to follow for the team? Is the customer important for this company? Why no one cares about people complaining? Coffe shop is probably the first place someone goes in the morning and the team should be friendly and patiente, Roberto was very rude, I will never go there again, and i am cancelling my subscription as instead of VIP, we get threated like the worst of the worst. Read morehi, I had a very bad experience with the Praed street - Pret A Manger coffee shop outside London paddington yesterday. while i was having coffee in evening around 6pm, my handbag was stolen, i had important documents and mobile in it. as soon as i found out that my bag was stolen, i brought it to the notice of the coffee shop manager of Praed street - Pret A Manger. however they didnt help with calling police or showed any interest providing cctv footage. just provided a number to contact (customer care) which was out of office hour and didnt get any help. Also they told there were incidents of mobile phone theft etc in the Praed street - Pret A Manger coffee shop. I tried calling to the shop but no response. cafe staff were least bothered and not helpful at all.
