I’ve loved this place through the years. Nothing like being able to sit outside and enjoy a shawarma, a coffee and some shisha while watching the world pass by.

Delightful late night meal. Meal for two - c£30. Had a Sojok (lamb sausage) starter (shared), followed by a couple of lamb shwarmas. All delicious. Recommend.

Had one of their chicken shwarmas to go. It was good. Chicken was cooked well but I thought it was just missing that something extra.

Tasty food but deceptive practices. I came with my family of 4 to this restaurant after a long day. I wanted to order sharwarma’s as an affordable meal. The menu offered by the server showed specials and I was debating to order the special of the day or shawarma’s. That’s when the server offered to bring a sharing plate for our family since we couldn’t decide. Next thing we knew our table is filled with items hummus, bite sized appetizers salad etc. I have to say it was tasty and filling however what next came was multiple plates of meat which I didn’t want and a huge massive bill which was nothing compared to the shawarmas or specials I intended to get. Bill was as follows: Mezza’s- 20€ per plate - was charged for 2. Nothing on the menu showed this. Shawarma plates 16€ X2 one for chicken one for beef. If I had bought the sandwhiches it would have been less that 10€. Then the specials which were only 10€ were charged at 16€. I asked for tap water - I was charged 4€ for bottled water. I want to complain the food was bad but it wasn’t. I would have happily paid and recommended this place if it had more honourable business tactics but I felt this was deceptive. I did not argue but paid for the meal as I don’t like to cause a scene. Like I said food was great- favourite was lamb leg. Mezza’s also tasty. My bill for 4 people was 119€. This restaurant is a tiny little mom and pop take out spot - not a 5 star restaurant so that bill was outrageous. Next time I suggest if someone is to go. Take photo of menu and be clear to order exactly what is on the menu and double check the menu. Sadly staff was friendly and this is probably why I was caught off guard- they were chatty and friendly and brought out the food acting like family. I wish I could recommend it to someone but sadly I...

I WOULD NOT advise anyone to even think about visiting this place. Firsty this place deserves 1/2 a star to be honest. What seemed like a friendly atmosphere as we headed in turned into the complete opposite. I went with my family and some of us ordered wraps which were okay to say the least if your absolutely starving, however it was bland. Two of my family members ordered the "Daily special stew" which i could definitely say was nothing special about it after looking like food you feed a dog. After a taste test we all found that it LACKED A HUGE AMOUNT OF flavour and PRICED AT £12, WITH A BOWL FULL OF BLAND BEANS AND ONLY 2 VERY SMALL BABY BITE SIZED PIECES OF LAMB - I WAS MORTIFIED! we informed the waitress and SHE JUST WALKED AWAY!! She did nothing about it, after being her cheery self she was moody just because we informed her of our situation. We asked her for our drinks about 3 times and finally asking the fourth time because my brother went to the counter and asked for it - The service was utterly terrible. And to top it all off what ruined our day is everyone is vomiting after having this dinner This was just the food The place was stuffy even though the place was empty and NO AIR CONDITIONING so after this experience i could safely say that this restaurant is a massive insult to Lebanese food as i am very sure after various experiences that the Lebanese culture has a...

Started well....friendly staff offered to "advise" on the menu as my friend had never tried Lebanese food before. Mixed cold mixed mezze was suggested, along with some chicken cubes and rice, and tap water to drink at our request. Great range of offerings. It was my friend's birthday and we were enjoying a quiet celebration after a difficult year (bereavements etc). The staff brought over cake and milk pudding as a surprise and sang Happy Birthday, which we thought was lovely. We were then offered mint tea, which, in every other similar restaurant is generally given free. It was so lovely I was quite happy to pay. However, my friend went to pay, and was told verbally £49 for the bill. This seemed a lot-but hey, it was a special day. When we got home, I asked to see the bill. There wasnt one-no itemised bill at all, just a card receipt for £94!!!!! Whaaaat???? That has just spoiled what should have been a happy occasion- being blatanly ripped off does NOT feel good. Yet my friend is...
