Horrible place. Very expensive for very horrible service. The guy that cut my hair was answering calls on his mobile like every 2 minutes while cutting my hair and pausing the job every time. Plus they had several friends come in and go out and he kept totally ignoring me to go chit chat with them. He was also very aggressive with my hair, and pulling it randomly in all directions. Obviously he didn’t give me the cut I asked for as he couldn’t even remember what I asked for. He also seemed short tempered and was getting angry when I expressed my dissatisfaction. While finishing he was asking several personal questions about my religion, and was also trying to upsell me one on additional services like dyeing. I just politely nodded along since I didn’t want any confrontation and was quite scared of his short tempered. £35 pounds down the drain. I had a cut here and I am not so satisfied about it. First he started aggressively combing my hair to point my head was hurting so bad. My hair has never been combed this aggressively. Then he grabbed a scissor and was literally cutting the air, because no hair fell off. The man barely spoke English and he nodded yes as a response to my wishes, for him only to ask it again after he was halfway.
