Regents Cafe — Restaurant in London

This is hands down the BEST cafe in the area. I have been working locally installing a roof around the corner for over 6 weeks and I normally like to change it up as I get bored of the same food... but not here, the service is amazing ,polite curious and the food is even better. Large portions and always well cooked. This is not a greasy spoon this is a cafe like no other I will be driving here even if I'm a few miles away working,

The other day I witnessed an incredible sight here. He was cleaning the cooker with detergent. Then, without washing his hands, he grabbed the tomatoes with his bare hands and cooked them. Iron plates were used for cooking, but the next cooker was filled with detergent and the distance was less than 10 inches. I brought back the cooked food and ate it, but it was never pleasant. Besides, unfortunately the hair was in the tomatoes. I will never...

Not great. Had the cooked breakfast which was served on a stone cold plate. (it's not rocket science, hot food = hot plate, cold food = cold plate) Sausages more woodchip than meat, eggs pretty poor quality. It's also one of these cafes that doesn't understand coffee. They use super heated milk so the thing is still too hot to drink ages after your food has gone cold on...
