Very disappointing dining experience again! Izgara is very overrated, especially compared to other Turkish restaurants. Also, to highlight this, the Pinner branch is better. In my personal opinion, there are much better Turkish restaurants out there you can try, such as Gokyuzu, Likya, Kerwan, etc. The atmosphere is awful, and the restaurant was overcrowded and unbelievably cramped. You're literally right next to another diner's table. People coming in and leaving had to squeeze past us (and other diners, not just us), and at one point, I had to move our table to let them pass. If you're looking for a romantic or chilled vibe, then this is not it; it just reminds me of Pizza Hut. The only saving grace was the bread. At the beginning, I'm glad they got it right, along with the chilli sauce. I ordered the mixed grill, which cost £29. What a letdown that was! First of all, the portion size is awful, and you get one lamb chop, three chicken wings, one kofta kebab, three small lamb ribs, three pieces of chicken shish, and one piece of lamb shish. With a choice of rice or bulgur rice, I did ask for mixed rice and bulgur, which other places are fine with, but they simply don't offer it. The bulgur rice was okay, but it didn't have as much flavour as other Turkish restaurants I have visited. My regret was that I didn't order the rice; at least I would have been happier and content with the bland taste. Everything was bland, just like my previous experience, and honestly, the kofta kebab can easily be made at home – watch a YouTube video; it's literally the same recipe. In fact, you can make a better meal at home for a fraction of the price. My wife ordered the meat moussaka, which was okay. I wouldn't say it was terrible, and the portion size wasn't too bad. The mocktail was so sweet that it tasted like sugar mixed with flavoured water. The dessert menu looked boring. You have to ask for the complimentary tea at the end; most places just offer it automatically, like Likya and Gokyuzu. Would I return? No!

Let's start by saying that if you are served with a smiling face and a friendly voice, an ordinary meal feels like a feast. Nad ( Junaid) has that kind of magic. He has a very kind disposition. Complements to the chef. He/she has blessed hands. I had lunch and dinner here on seperate days and the food was equally tasty. It would be difficult to choose between my Mantar dolma at lunch and Salmon fillet at dinner, which melted in my mouth and made me eat all of a portion size i would never be able to finish. Absolutely divine. If my stay in London was a little longer I would have visited here again. The sauces with the complementary starters are yummm.... The food is halal, but if you enjoy alcohol with your food, you can get that too. I am not too sure about the desert because honestly, I couldn't get to those, but by the looks of them they look nice too. I did not see a wheel chair access but till winters you can sit outside. Hppe you enjoy your meal as much as i did. Afiyet Olson.

My son and I walked in for an early dinner. We were greeted by lovely Adeena who very kindly offered us a table close to a heater as we had walked in from the freezing cold. She and her colleagues gave wonderful service. Food arrived quickly. The bread and sauces came promptly- delicious warm tasty bread . I am not a fan of the Turkish pepper sauce but this one was rather good. We had tasty borek. Both of us love aubergine and were slightly disappointed with the portion size but no complaints about the taste. Son asked regarding portion size of sea bass and was delighted that it was more than adequate. The request to swap mash for bulgar was accommodated too. My mixed shish was tender and flavourful. We also took home Adana kofte for husband who couldn’t join us unfortunately. I must say even though it was an hour later that he ate it, the dish was fabulous! And I have to say the table lights were great: no flickering led candles here! Overall a great meal out.

We was in there last night. Mixed grill was nice but the spicy king prawns and mocktails were terrible, king prawns not even a hint of spice, mocktails was nothing special no effort put into make the mocktail.

service was terrible, here's the points 1.no waiter came to take our order had to wave hand to get someone's attention, it was not busy

2.after food was served no waiter came to check if we was ok or if we liked our food

3.we had to ask a waiter 3 times to bring us extra dips, and everytime they ignored us and served someone else

We decided to not pay the service charge because we felt neglected, and we told the waiter that provided us the bill, he said ok and he went to tell the lady head waiter and I was watching her reaction through the mirror and she was furious, her facial expressions seemed like she was some sort of debt collector.

5.the lady head waiter preceded to our table with the chip and pin to pay, the first question was "why don't you want to pay service charge" the cheek on the lady. can you believe the first question of the night.

The whole time we spent there no one asked us how are we doing, but the end of the night "why don't you want to pay service charge" and her attitude towards us after that was terrible the look on her face was intimidating and not the look you see in a professional waiter, she looked like she was employed by the Mafia.

Just utterly rude and disrespectful, a message for the head waiter, earn your service fee, manage your waiters correctly, or give this job to someone who can do it better than you and do not neglect your customers because they are young and not Caucasian. All the old Caucasian middle aged customers was getting attentive service and a quality service.

Maybe the owner of the restaurant should send the head waiter to a course in "how to treat customers" because that attitude stank she could not hide her hate for us,

please avoid this restaurant if you are YOUNG and...

A Hidden Gem of Turkish Cuisine

We've been to this Turkish restaurant quite a few times now, and every visit has been a fantastic experience. The food is exceptionally delicious — always fresh, bursting with flavour, and beautifully presented. You can tell they put real care into each dish.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is just as impressive. The staff are consistently polite, smiley, and genuinely friendly, which really adds to the overall experience.

While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food makes it absolutely worth it. It's a very popular spot, so it tends to get quite busy — especially on weekends. If you're planning to go around 7 p.m., it's definitely a good idea to book in advance.

Parking is straightforward, with free parking available after 6:30 or 7 PM. It's also very accessible by public transport, with a tube station nearby and a bus stop literally just around the corner.

The restaurant offers easy access for disabled visitors, which is a big plus. However, the space inside is a bit narrow, with tables placed quite close to each other, so moving around can be a bit tricky. Despite this, it's still a wheelchair-accessible and inclusive place.

All in all, it is a fantastic place that never disappoints. Highly...
