The customer service was also off the scale. I mean the "positive" scale, to the point of being in this wonderful place for over 5 hours and let me tell you it was the best experience ever and cannot wait to visit very soon, which I am sure you do not hear too often from customers, especially these days!

I got blown away by the personal service, care, and attention. So professional, polite, and helpful, but most importantly listened to what I was saying and, by now, knew me to match my needs. When they spoke, it was so factual re the knowledge I was at college again and wanted to take notes; they were just so friendly and approachable.

Still, thankfully the advice I got precisely steered me, which led me to an immediate purchase of both fresh cakes and not 1 or 2 but 8 cakes were on display and were too die for and could only manage 2; the main course was a warm duck salad which i have never experienced such freshness, quality(no fat) and price wise either in this country or globally including the Far East.

The service was incredible, and then I realised I should leave the shop before I started finding a corner to work, having been so welcomed, and by now, it was 5 pm. So professional, customer service is driven, knowledgeable, polite, and undoubtedly exceeded themselves in their jobs. I was utterly blown away by not only being treated as an individual but as someone, who could relate to and understand my needs, concerns, upsets, and issues, WHICH I CAN NOT AND HAVE NOT found anywhere these days.

I spoke to the owner and will assure anyone out there he his totally hands on sand it shows, when on weekends tables are busy and people waiting but i can assure you whether its a weekend or during the week, please oh please do not miss out on this exceptional food as you will simply be the looser no one else i can assure you...

Appalling service , dirty dishes and below average food. A ham and cheese toast with 2 slices of a cheap cheese and one slice of low quality ham and a very ordinary stale bread for nearly £9 pound plus 12.5% service charge for the poor service is unacceptable and ridiculous. We waited 20minutes for 2 americano and 40 minutes for a ham and cheese toast. There should be an option for NO stars which this place really deserves it. You can buy much better sandwiches cheaper in other coffee shops.

Indeed, my review represents my personal experience and view as a customer. Instead of accepting it as a feedback , you are saying my review is because of who I am and not because of your poor service, I think there is something here for you to reflect on. I will leave it to the readers of my other Google reviews to decide on my “negativity” , they are welcome and in fact invited to have a look at all my Google reviews. I was oh so upset and distraught during my visit today with my diables mum who walks with a walking stick!! We entres bluebelles for lunch at 12.30. I saw many couples (not necessarily male and female) sorting at the larger middle comfy table and at at four seaters by the wall. As my mother , (whom I always let sit in the comfiest chair) has difficulty walking and getting into tight spaces I requested a large comfy middkectabke. The head waitress flatly refused us a larger table, even though there were two available and many of the other larger tables only had two people sitting at them. She directed us to a two seater table hitch was very tight and difficult for my mother to entre and exit! We ordered our food and during the time we were there I saw many more couples entering and being given the larger tables to sit at, and they had no fiabilités either!!

I have never felt so discriminated before in my life ! My mother felt exactly the same! We were the only non Caucasian at the venue.
