RK Grill's London — Restaurant in London

I’ve been to this place a few times and I’ve had no complaints about the food or service. So I thought it’s about time I leave them a positive review. Honestly for a small little local business their quality of food puts big chains and restaurants to shame. This is a little gem of a place the food is Banging Banging Banging - Fire… also this place is a perfect example to never judge a book by its cover. I’ve had different stuff from this place previously having their chicken tikka wrap, naga wings and their smash burgers but today I opted for their beef loaded fries and that was just full of flavours and very satisfying. I went to the shop today to order and had to walk out because as I walked in. I see the guy rub his hair and forehead with his hands. He came to serve me at the counter without washing his hands. As a result I was put off and walked out. These places need to understand they are dealing with the food of people you need to have a standard of hygiene. First time here and ordered grill chicken burger meal. Burger was only warm up and not freshly prepared as you expect to be. I only found out when I returned back to shop after checking van. Tasteless burger only ate two bites and threw it away and left bitter taste in mouth. Could not go back to shop to complain as I already drove off. Would not recommend this place unless you want a bitter taste...
