Rocky's — Restaurant in London

We’ve been going to this place for a long long time as we always get their pizzas. today for a change we called to get a peri peri grilled chicken at 19:54 And what happened next is ridiculous the man who answered the phone was so rude, no manners, no customer skills whatsoever and he was clueless about the product. We asked him for the price and he said “I have no clue” so when we questioned that he said I don’t work at the store I’m clueless and he said okay thank you bye and he hung up. We called back and he said things like I don’t want to take your order we don’t want customers like you when we asked for his name he was like no it’s no point I don’t want to give you my name but we don’t customers like you and we don’t want your orders and was the most unprofessional and rude! What on earth! This man just went on! How can he not know prices for their product or how can they not know the product itself if he is taking orders and even worse the stinking attitude and horrible customer service I’m shocked someone so clueless and unprofessional has a job of this sorts. From being a regular customer and recommending this place to everyone we know we are now never going back to this place and would recommend this place to nobody! I recently ordered from Rocky’s cranford that specializes in chicken, pizza , doner ,burgers, and wraps, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The convenience of ordering on phone made it super easy, and my food was ready for pickup in no time.

I tried the fried chicken, and it was incredibly crispy and flavorful. The portion size was generous, and it came with a tasty dipping sauce chilli mayo that complemented it perfectly. The burger I ordered was juicy and packed with fresh toppings, making every bite satisfying. The highlight, though, was the pizza. The crust was perfectly baked, and the toppings were fresh and delicious.

I also grabbed a wrap, and it was loaded with ingredients and had a great balance of flavors. Everything was fresh and made with quality ingredients, which really made a difference. Overall, this takeaway shop exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and quick service. I can't wait to...

Absolutely awful customer service from the moment I walked in. Not only that, the guy behind the counter who could barely speak English, gets my order wrong!! I get back to work and give my colleague the chilli burger 1/4 ponder that he ordered. But instead my colleague finds a chilli chicken burger inside. I had give such high reviews to my colleague about this place so straight away it looks like a complete shambles. I then call Rocky's up and its the same guy who served me answers the phone. He tries to tell me I am lying and tells me I ordered a chicken chilli. Absolutely shambolic!! This guy seriously doesn't have a clue what he is doing and to put the icing on the cake he hangs up in the middle of the conversation. Food was cold and never going back there again!!
