Roti Masters — Restaurant in London

I've ordered twice from this place. My first order was a few weeks ago where I ordered jerk chicken, rice and peas and mac & cheese. Whilst the mac & cheese was dry, the jerk chicken was a very large portion and taste wise, probably one of the best I've ever had which prompted me to go back again when I was in the area. This time around, I ordered jerk chicken again and oxtail. Whilst the portion of the jerk chicken was smaller than before, the taste was still amazing. The oxtail however should have never been sold. It's clear they ran out of oxtail stew when taking my order because what I was given was basically brown water. No taste whatsoever and no thicker consistently you would expect to see from a stew. I hate leaving bad reviews especially for small, family run businesses but I was charged £9 for something completely inedible and as I ordered in person, you could have just told me you were out of oxtail instead of giving me what you did and charging me full-price. I ordered oxtail, rice n peas n coleslaw. I didn't even get the coleslaw. The food ws hot which is gd n the portion ws amazing, the oxtail literally had no flavour, the rice n peas wasn't even dat gd. But yk when u have to eat something bcs ur hungry.. dats wht I had to do n I only picked dis place cus it ws the last option dat I had even tho I didn't want to n I alrdy knew I ws gonna be dissapointed from wht I've seen n they proved me right. Never ordering here again even if it's my last option. The fact the portion ws gd with bad food ws even more sadder. U guys need to invest in sum seasoning or a cooking lesson. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received today. My sister and I came in today and bought two curry chicken roti. As I was about to pay my phone battery died, so I asked my sister if she can pay for my food. My sister kindly asked the woman(owner) if we can pay together. She got angry and said “why didn’t you guys said this earlier” and went on kissing her teeth. The customer service is zero!!!!!!!! I will never be purchasing from you guys ever again. As a fellow Trini, I am disappointed! Most rudest woman of all time. I’ve visited this shop on many occasions, and I must say when the man(owner) serves, the customer service is much better. Please owner(man) retrain your fellow owner(woman) because you will lose a lot of customers because of her bad attitude. Her attitude is BAD!!! I now see why there’s nobody in your roti shop.
