The Crown Sutton — Restaurant in London

I popped into the Crown Pub in Sutton to ask if I could use the WC. Without any qualms or hesitation, the lady said, "Yes." On the way out, I asked her if she knew the directions to Toolstation as I was on my way to collect a can of black spray paint. Again, without any hesitation, she pulled out her telephone and looked for the route on Google maps and, in detail, explained the way to me. Not only that, she accompanied me out on to the pavement and gave me physical directions. This lovely lady gave me at least 5 minutes of her precious time. love this place ,our local even though ive moved,staff freindly ,owners brilliant very welcoming good free jukebox play what you like when requested ,go round with food sometimes ,good selection off drinks reasonable not over priced ,nice little beer garden now ,been refurbished looks lovely in there now, new update ,used to recommend and love this pub been going there for years met several publicans ,landlady's landlords all been great, exept for the new owners,landlady's partner who gets extremely drunk and offensive, picks and chooses who he likes and dislikes ,very unapropriate behaviour ,considering his not actually named as one of the publicans ,very unapproachable as to his drunken behaviour wether his going to...

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. My little sister was assaulted in this pub by a member off staff! I went to pick her up and the woman grabbed her by the neck resulting in my sister coming out crying to me. I called the police to which resulted in me getting barred for calling police as they would have got in trouble as there was never a licensed staff member on the premises. They called her to come when informed police were coming. They then barred my sister despite the fact she was the one assaulted and kept the staff working there.
