I am lucky enough to say that I have been to Italy a number of times - and for me, this is the only restaurant in the UK where the food has been just as good as there.

The food is flavourful and it is fresh! There is a wide selection of food but also a selection that is concise enough to ensure that every dish is good quality. It is actually cooked by the owners’ two parents - it truly is cooked by nonna!

The service matched the food’s quality, both owners (a husband and wife) are good people and took pride in their work and their heritage. They clearly put in a lot of effort in this restaurant and they deserve every single customer. They made our dining experience much better and provided a more intimate dining experience!

The only improvement I would recommend are for that the toilets may need a slight upgrade as they are not particularly accessible.

I very much recommend chocolate cake for dessert, it was stunning. It’s a place where not just the food is outstanding, but all the other experiences one would expect from a restaurant.

What are you waiting for, by now you should’ve decided to go! We all ask for more local family businesses, and this an excellent one in Wimbledon! I for one will support it by...

We had the pleasure of dining at Salvo’s Ristorante & Pizzeria, and from start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience. The chef and his daughter are absolutely wonderful, warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about their craft. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.

Every dish we tried was a standout. We started with the Tre Folgore mozzarella pizza, which was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The 4 Fromage pizza was a creamy, cheesy delight. The salmon fillet tagliatelle was light yet rich, with perfectly cooked pasta and tender salmon. The fish soup was a hidden gem ! full of flavor and incredibly satisfying.

And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we ended the meal with their banoffee dessert ! sweet, smooth, and simply divine. The perfect finish to a perfect meal!

Salvo's Ristorante is simply a solid 10/10 in every which way! The husband & wife team where a dream with their friendly, hospitable and welcoming customer service from start to finish! The food we'd ordered all arrived freshly prepared & cooked to perfection and everything for our party of four was truly delicious & all homemade 😊 The price point in this restaurant is amazing and such great value compared so many other restaurants! My husband quoted that this was the best meal out in a restaurant that he's had in a long time - and that is a bold statement...I also totally agree! A lovely decor, a great italian playlist all contributed to a fantastic Saturday afternoon and we cannot wait to return ;) Graziè Milliè...
