I was visiting London from up north and thought I will have a meal from my favourite chicken shop (not this location) when I used to live in London 2 years ago and I’m not sure if the overall standards have dropped, I will need to try my used to be local one in Hendon but this does not come to the experience I used to have back then.
I understand prices went up due to inflation (although it’s a crazy increase) I ordered through the app as I always did and spoke to the person at the till who looked confused and said they don’t do the app (their store location was on there) their reason was that it was a franchise so they don’t do it. Anyway I ordered with him again hoping the refund would come in automatically.
When I received my order he forgot the drink that came with my box so I went back and asked for it, he apologised and handed me a drink. I got back home to realise there are also no fries in there and the chicken wings are the size of my pinky…
One is increasing the price but to serve such small wings is a bit of a joke. I’m not sure if it’s just the batch I got but even if, the chef should have given more if they were not the standard size.
Wouldn’t visit this particular Sam’s again but will be going to the one in Hendon to see if it’s still the same as...

Read morevery bad experience..the people working there can't even understand english properly..i was asking them for jalapeños pepper and they don't know what it is and it was showing in their menu picture and while taking order the guy told ok we will add and after that they didn't add do i asked them can i get ut on side and they can't understand and then i asked for peri peri dip which is written in their menu and they gave me chilli dip amd bare in mind i payed extra for it and again they didn't understand and the chef from the kichen was screaming in hindi as if i was asking it for free ..so overall experience was very bad ..they need to work on customer...
