Sam's Chicken Croydon — Restaurant in London

We went to the town centre and then we wanted to eat something. However, we end up in the Sam chicken shop.

This feedback for who Is in charge of this shop. One guy was at the front counter, speaking his language and chatting with someone on video call. Also very loud. This is very unprofessional service. Also, one more lady was working, putting on headphones and working—staff taking their language and waiting for the food even if it’s ready, but this counter guy was talking and chatting on his phone.

Order some food and fry hot wings were very bad, only single breeding. Ask for water with the meal, but they run out of water. In scorching weather, they run out of water.

*I don’t recommend this Sam chicken shop to anyone. The service was horrible, and even the food wasn’t that good. Staff don’t know what the customer service men are and no Hello, Thanks are.

Whoever the manager, you are losing customers because of your Staff: horrible Chicken shop, this Sam...

Three piece chicken combo meal. All pieces were hot temperature wise but drier than dry! No flavour, proper dead. Chips were both piping hot and cold where the staff are too tight to give someone a bigger portion or too stupid to throw the odd few already cooked back in the frier for a minute to warm them through. The wings were the saving grace. Not the best wings, weird flavour but they had a hint of spice and were hot. Two clowns behind the counter are miserable, i know it’s only a chicken shop but if you can raise half a smile then they probably don’t bother with a lot they’re supposed to be doing. Only after I ordered did I hear a guy sitting with his young children telling them he’d never go back there again but I thought he was just a bit of a moaner, turns out he was actually right so I’m sorry my good man for ever doubting you. Hi, I am a very regular visitor of Sam’s chicken, Croydon usually your food and service is good fast and pleasant which makes me visit again and again.. but I am very much unsatisfied with my last 3 visits , I don’t know what happened to you guys. I was adjustable 2 times with improper food and prices but today (Sunday night) every time I pay 8.99 for half chicken fries and drink,but last two,three visits I'm paying 10.49 I don't know why ,when I ask the guy who is billing me about this,he stated argue with me, he don't even understand what I'm asking.. it was totally unacceptable for the regular customer like me. you have to take it as a serious note on this otherwise you might lose your business and customers drastically.
